1) This is how I memorize the wheel.
Divide the wheel into sectors of three.

26 0 32 15
19 4 21
2 25 17
34 6 27
13 36 11
30 8 23
10 5 24
16 33 1
20 14 31
9 22 18
29 7 28
12 35 3

As you can see above we put zero into the first sector but it does not matters because soon all the numbers will become individuals.

Learn three new numbers itch day.
When you know them all and can say them from 26 to 3 then you have to practice to do so backwards so you get both directions.

2) Here you can test how fast you are and how precise you are.
How well you know the wheel.
Make a list from 0 to 36 and name all the neighbors for itch individual number.

3) Now you can learn distance and now you can see how practical it is to learn the wheel as sectors of three.
Now you name them from 0 to 11.

0: 26 0 32 15
1: 19 4 21
2: 2 25 17
3: 34 6 27
4: 13 36 11
5: 30 8 23
6: 10 5 24
7: 16 33 1
8. 20 14 31
9: 9 22 18
10: 29 7 28
11: 12 35 3

When you can place itch number to the correct sector then you can pick the distance from release number to outcome in no time at all.

Cheers

Its always a good thing to know the wheel, but betting 3 numbers doesn`t require to know the wheel, you simply read the numbers at the number ring when you read your prediction. 5 numbers is a bit more diffycult, then you need to know the sectors by heart.

The biggest problem as i see it, is not to memorize the numbers,  but to place the high numbers at 30 - 36 without knocking the old chinese woman located next to you down,  when you are standing at near the top where you can see the wheel properly. Also, the arms are simply too short so one will have throw the chip the last 20 - 30 centimeters which sometimes results in a split or corner bet even though it should have been a single number.

Hi Kelly Im interested in your comment.

Reading numbers on the ring is fine but it assumes that your betting number is the same as the reference number that you calculate as you do your vb.  Sometimes for examlpe you might be monitoring for a wheel speed that results in your betting number being say oppoite the reference number.  Its a waste of time to continue to observe the wheel to guage the opposite number and it neigbours.  If you know the wheel intimately then you can be calculating the betting numbers after your eyes leave the wheelring and as your leaning over to place some bets.

This is much more efficient and reduces the time that you're staring at the wheel.  It also means that you can bet a 5 or 7 number sector if you wish.

just a thought

I guess that depends on how you do it.  If I during the tracking has read at 12 o`clock and it turns out that at a 3.1 sec rotor speed I should be reading at 6 o`clock, I will when I have the rotor speed, be looking at 6 o`clock when I exit. I know it takes some practice to have the eyes at 6 at the exact same time where you would read at 12 but its a matter of training.  You will when the ball approaches the reference point move your eyes just before it enters. Its best trained on DVD because you will see that you are now having a second point 3 - 5  pockets (depending) in front of the ref point, where when the ball passes here, the eyes goes to 6 o`clock. Using the DVD you can rewind until you have that eye move perfect.

Having said that, you donĀ“t have to place the bets for very long this way, before you know the neighour numbers and you don`t have to read the number ring so focused any more once you have the prediction number.  The best thing would of course be to know the wheel inside out, but the focus should rather be on learning 5 o 7 numbers since 3 numbers IS playable without knowing the ring.

Fair point Kelly - its all in the training! I try to leave as little to 'estimation' or visual cues as possible, that way i hope to leave more energy/time etc for the most difficult parts of the process.  But what your saying that you do really is almost instantaneous anyway i suppose.

If you're betting on three numbers then if your flatbetting, you need to win an average of 1 of every 11 spins that you bet on to be ahead over the long run.  Interesting.  How did you choose three as the sector size?

oh i didn`t mean to imply that i was always betting 3 numbers, it all depends. If my analyse shows the highest standard deviation and best return on a 5 or 7 number sector, thats what i go for. On the other hand, if the layout has no racetrack and the dealers don`t offer to place the bets for me, i bet 3 numbers or if 5 or 7, then as many as i can get away with before the dealer whack my fingers or gets annoyed with me.  Usually that cuts the placed numbers down to 3 - 4 numbers.

The hit rate on a 3 number bet, divertes a lot. Its best suited for a long term play where your intention is to play 75 - 100 or even more spins after your tracking. Otherwise you might fall out between bad scatter streaks, but if you play 100 spins or more and have the  bets in the correct place, the edge will usually show sooner or later. 50 - 100 unit bankroll can easyli be the standard to cover bad scatter, depending on the diffyculty of the wheel.

If the intention is to only play 30 - 40 spins, 7 - 9 numbers are better.  Or at least 5 numbers.  That way you will cover many of the bad scatters too, and you can leave after say, 8 - 10 hits playing a 9 number sector. Or whenever you hit +100 units, whatever comes first.

I think I know that woman. She is everywhere, like Santa.
