base on the explanation above, i think this is just betting according to table layout.
But then as what Mr J said that we can play it different ways, so you can always bet according to table or wheel layout  and its neighbors.
if you are going on a street bet i guess you need to do a little progression.
On a straight up bet no need for progression i guess, thats if you are betting on a single number but if you are betting 4 numbers you really have to adjust.

Its kind of a compliment to me. I thought of a DECENT METHOD that already existed (supposedly). This type of betting is based on an EVENT happening and has nothing to do with due, hot, cold etc.

Think outside the box fellas, its the ONLY WAY.

I am very fond of streets bets. But the one which suits me is Mr. J street system. It has been rewarding me all the time in the last 4 visits to my local bookmaker. I play roulette single zero on their machines. I had a capital of £40.00 only. I raised it to £800.00 in 4 visits. All I do is look at the last 10-12 spins on the marquee and look for 2 numbers came out from the same street, e.g. no 3 and no 1 showed in the last 12 spins, I play no 2. I was amazed how accurate and rewarding this method is. You need to be patient and the rewards are amazing, I used slow progression. Some times you get two bets in one spin( example last 12 spins: 2, 1, 36, 11, 12,17, 29, 5, 9, 33, 24, 14.... I play 3 and 10). It does not always work, but you will win often. Thanks again Mr. Jay.
