I'd recommend these folks ,had no issues to/from with several online casinos, some casinos had withdrawals within 2 days and no id crap required.
Also have a variety of deposit/withdrawal cards, bank accounts in diff currencies linked to ecocard account, and free mastercard to use as well online or in person directly linedk to account. Quite please with them thus far.

I am another you can add to the (I hate Moneybooker/Skrill) list.  I have an account with them with a few thousand dollars in that I have been unable to access for a number of years, all to do with identification, they kept telling me that the documents were not clear enough.  I ended getting them scanned professionally but they still would not accept them.  After more than 10 attempts to send documents to them (including a number of expensive overseas phone calls I eventually just gave up on it, the cost was outweighing the amount of money I had in the account.  To make matters worse, they blocked my account once the money had been transferred in so that I couldn't deposit it at another casino. Basically they stole it. 

I would never go near them ever again, and I tell each casino that I join that if Moneybooker is the only deposit option I will not be joining.
