Hi guys I am a newbie to here so hello all and go easy with me!

I am a high stakes player and have been on various sites over the past 10 years.... And had varying degrees of success and failures.

I have been playing at coral lately and primarily on Williams interactive games which are powered by the playtech RNG it would appear.

Coral as a casino are indeed very helpful, I am a priority platinum member which means I have a direct dial through to my priority host and I can withdraw from any shop instantly as much as I like following a phone call to them whereas normally its limited to £500.....

That being said I have been speaking to them at length as I am convinced there is an issue with the Williams games....

When I first joined I spent a while playing low to medium stakes while I got to know the slots..... And had many decent wins.... I was playing between .90 and 2.40 a spin and had probably 20 features which exceeded £1000 ( not all in one sitting lol )

I was doing fairly well and although I could never seem to break the £3000 mark I was always sitting with decent funds in the account and drawing out from local shops almost daily.

So I then decided to start upping the stakes and so I would always leave at least 1000 in the account and play from there with varying stakes from 4.50 to 9.00 a spin.

I kept finding that it was becoming harder or felt like it was getting harder to get the feature and when I did the returns vs the stake was poor....

I rode out a few heavy losing streaks and put it down to bad luck and tried again.... Started playing low stakes won some good ones... Upped the stakes and lost!!

Now having spoken to them about this as this trend continued longer than I thought was right they agreed to give me a full breakdown of my play history.... Bear in mind we are talking a lot of spins and the results were interesting to say the least....

All of my largest wins came from stakes of £2 or less and the beat return from any game over £5 was around £600 ( which was at £7.20 bet so still less than x100 stake) and yet at low stakes I had numerous x1000 and more returns....

Now they insisted it was just luck or lack of it however for reference my main game of choice was montezuma and in the month of December the stats told me I wagered £99,000 on this game alone, now my overall return was around 91% which is still well under the RTI but if I could do the math I bet the RTI on higher stakes was drastically lower ( probably under 50% )
The game blatantly played differently and to be honest never looked like winning big all of a sudden.....

Any thoughts??

I have been looking into this quite deeply and I realise these games are high variance so accept that there will be large losing streaks but just seemed to me no large returns on the higher stakes which according to them stake is not relevant, but having played these so much I find that hard to believe.

The one question I asked them which they couldn't answer and so maybe someone here can.... If its a RNG how is that all the RTI figures are around 95% surely if random these figures would fluctuate more?

Thanks for listening
