I used Dublinbet about a year ago and tried their non-zero wheel for a while. Three things to remember about this facility:
1) Minimum was $5
2) Maximum was only $10 !!!
3) You had to bet before they would spin. Couldn't wait for the nolinksLw scenario!!

I tried for a short while but found it slowly ate my money. It wasn't quite flexible enough to accommodate any of my strategies at the time. Maybe I'll return (if they still have it) and try a couple of other strategies. I hate wasting money but it may be a chance for a hit and run session.
