i had these spins that my friend played at a vegas casino sometime in march 2006.. dunno the casino name(s) , but i think he lost around 150 dollars.. anyone want to test them with some strategy ?

When 1-6 appears, play 1-9 for four spins.
If no hit then play 1-6 for two more spins.
If 31-36 appears then play 31-36 for 6 spins.
If 0/00 has not appeared for 15 spins begin splitting them with one dollar.
If no hit after 15 spins then add one chip.
