Lets say there is an omnipotent being who knows everything under the universe, he gives you a choice to choose whether Roulette is beatable or unbeatable. If you choose the wrong answer, you die. Which would you choose?
Its been proven beatable with VB and roulette computers. I don't understand the question. Its like you're asking if we can go to the moon or not. Well, yeah. Duh...
The wheel is beatable, but the game isn't. It's physically beatable but not mathematically beatable. But then, since there is no such thing as a perfect wheel then I would have to say that ulimately, the maths is irrelevant.
So, to sum up - yes, roulette is definitely beatable. :P

you can never gurantee winning at roulette. sometimes you win five or six days in a row . then you go to the casino and you can not take a trick. i still think you set a target say a hundred dollars a visit. and stick to it. say a bankroll of two hundred dollars playing the one dollar table. i always play the inside.
