I lost a lot of money the other day at *********. I have NEVER asked a casino for a free chip, but
after
loosing so much I emailed them asking if I could have a free chip.
I had deposited $3000 and withdrew $150. Guess what? They refused.
I just don't understand why. The casino will always win anyway so why not just
give away a free chip to keep people playing and make their day?
Are they that stupid to loose a potential $3000 future deposit and a loyal player just for a chip?
I guess the answer to that is yes.

I've never heard of asking for free chips...they have no obligation to give u any. If you ended up winning and they asked for some back I doubt u would oblige. Perhaps some comps, but idk how that would work online.
