Lighted betting boards

Do all casinos have lighted betting boards? What I mean....... the small board that tells us the min. bet, is it lighted with a different color based on the min. bet? Here, the colors are >> $5 Red, $10 Yellow, $15 Blue and $25 Green. Is this standard everywhere?  Ken
