he is a  MESSENGER. those are coded signals. maybe there is a connections with crop
circles. Norman wouldn't tell about it. Especially if he is an alien. that's where the
puzzle solution may be. Those aliens are stubborn. the Earth guy would give up
already. Unless getting paid very well for those messages. Maybe he is. But
it is not a fact that's  this planet currency.

Thanks for your response iggiv.  It's really not coded so that aliens can understand it, (even though it IS out of this world). I like your banter.  It is how I should say; "genuine"so lease allow me to introduce myself.  Most people call me, Master B*te, Norman, or something to that affect.

My style isn't very well accepted by anyone who seems to really know what they are doing.  They will say, "it's just the rambling of a crazy person!" , but I still haven't givin' up on it  yet.  I've been working on this bet placement strategy for almost a year exactly, and I don't want to give it up now.  I hope we can get off on the right foot today.  It's more fun that way.  So, fire away!  I would like to know what you think.

Norm,

  Actually, you've got it.

  It's perfectly symmetrical.

Other than that, it's perfectly pointless but hopefully you'll be explaining the true meaning one of these days as we've been waiting for "amost a year now" for that information.
