     These are standard compensation strategies with a increasing chip count on the inside bets that have the same number of chips on the outside of the layout as they do on the inside.  You just add up the numbers in the column, and the section of 12 you are working with, cut that number in half, and put it on the 2 to 1 outside bet that it's in conjunction with.  
     Then, add up how many chips you have on the layout so far.  56 chips from copper top for instance. Take the 56 chips and cut it in half, (making 28 chips), and put that number on the 0, and 00 location on the layout. I would use somewhere between 500 to 3,500 chips buy-in.  Have fun, and Good Luck.
