Hi

I am in the USA.  I got an invite to join a casino named 1x2 and the live feed comes from Itsrealtv.  This is a real wheel, single-0 and only turns clockwise.  It seems the dealer is spinning to avoid sector hits as she places the ball and waits a few seconds to release it.

Any information on either of these would be most helpful.

Just got an e-mail from them:

Hi Sam,

Thanks for your email

1.) We do accept US players for real money.
2.) Casino1x2.com is a regular online casino with both download software and web-based version. ItsReal.tv is a live casino with live dealers broadcasting via live web came. Both of them are top
of the line and fun to play.
3.) The easiest and fastest way to fund your account is via PayPal , just send funds to ido@1x2.co.uk and your account will be credited promptly. Be sure to include your username at the
PayPal subject  line or by replying to this email.
4.) Yes. You may refuse bonuses although we love to give them as a courtesy to our valued players and they are pretty easy to redeem in our system.

Should you have further questions email us csd@casino1x2.com or call us toll free at 1-866-606-1220

Sincerely,

TurboGenius

Kind of lost here.

They do accept US players ?
How so since it is not legal ?

Based in Belize City ?
I have the odd feeling that if you by chance make a killing - you won't see the winnings.

Personally, I'd look at dealer's signature.
Note the number under the ball when released and the final number it lands on.
See if certain dealers are predictable (within a specific sector).

From what I've seen with these type of casinos, there is a good chance that you'll
find something nice :)

after a few minutes with google and looking at various forums... there is no way
I would play there. (other than fun mode)

likewise "Itsrealtv" is either done or for sale (on their site they want offers and are
obviously selling it).

The whole thing has too many red flags.

Yes, according to their letter, they do accept US players.  So does LazerWager and RiverBelle.  How do they do it?  Maybe they just thumbed their nose at the US government; I don't know.  I have deposited and played at Riverbelle.  Never won nor tried to collect.

Golden Casino certainly welcomes Americans but does not have a live wheel.  I have collected from them a few times.

Thanks for your input.  I shall proceed with caution.

Hey 2Cats,
LazerWager is a dodgy one as well by all accounts..... :-[

I for one will stay well clear..... ;)

TwoCatSam

Thanks xman..........

Well, I'm down to Riverbelle and their high minimum..$10 per number

Sam

xman1970

Well at least you can bet $10 on the streets IF that helps.... ;)

BTW, Lucky Nugget (another arm of the Belle Rock Entertainment Octopus) also offer a live "microgaming"  wheel  ::)

$10 straight up minimum just like Riverbelle, so hopefully you can play there as well

Take it easy.....[smiley=beer.gif]

""So does LazerWager and RiverBelle.  How do they do it?""

With 1X2 it's simple - not legal either but this is how they do it..

You Paypal your money to a person (it's listed on their page), not to the casino.
Then that person makes your account.

So your using a middle-man (the guy who runs the casino or a crony) to get around
the fact that your funding a gambling account (which you are).
So basically your just trying to break the law without being obvious - of course the
online casino cares less - read their "terms of service" page - they make sure to
let you know that it's your fault, not theirs :)
And they cannot be held responsible... (even though they are walking you through
how to fund your account against the law)  lol.

"that it is the cardholder's responsibility to observe the national law of their country regarding possible gambling prohibitions."

Using a credit card, you get the above warning as well.
So it's your fault if you don't know that online gambling is not legal I suppose.
They certainly don't mention it in nice bold letters at the site.

Why would anyone want to join an online casino anyhow, if you want to get rid of your money, there are a lot of good charitable causes going about.  Something that somebody reminded me a few days ago made a lot of sense. People say that the online casinos would not be prepared to lose their licence by cheating people, really, what about all the t.v. channels here in the u.k. ripping people off on the phone line competitions, and still doing it in my opinion. (and STILL getting away with it) The gambler is nothing more than cannon fodder to these types of people.  If you can't get to a land based casino, then at least play a reputable live online wheel. You know it makes sense.

TwoCatSam

Hey straight

Name me one "reputable live online wheel."

Uh, oh......just thought of something.  If you are so dead-set against on-line casinos, how would you know who has a "reputable live online wheel"?

(Yep, I've been watching too much LAW AND ORDER.)

The only one I would even consider is nolinks.liveroulette.com. I can watch it on T.V. where it is live or go to the website. Minimum stakes are £1. I know some heavy players and even though they have wins and losses, they say it is just the same as a real casino. unlike the r.n.g. which most people claim is murder.  I am not plugging it. I think it is dangerous playing roulette in your own home, be it live or r.n.g.

TwoCatSam

Thanks!

I'd love to play there, but they will not let Americans on.

Is it true Xman, I spoke with Belle Rock about 6 months ago, and they said that they might add Lucky Nugget to the live casino, just like Riverbelle. So, its official huh? Man, I hope so, that would be 2 reputable casinos that accept US players. I will check the website again or call Belle Rock for confirmation.

By the way Turbo, to my understanding it is NOT ILLEGAL FOR US PLAYERS TO GAMBLE ONLINE. It is however, illegal for financial institutions of any kind to transfer funds for US citizens to any gambling oriented institutions. Also, it is not illegal for offshore gambling casino to allow US players to gamble on their site.  In a nutshell, the US government has cutoff the financial medium.
