Title: Which Progression for playing 2xDozens
Post by: dannyjames1979 on November 03, 2009, 04:40:50 PM
hi, the other day i stumbled on a simple dozens stratergy that play the 2 dozens that last won, then for the next bet play the 2 that didnt win.  Generally i was winning money however once i got down in the progression i wasnt quite making the money back on lost bets, which frustratingly caused me to play for quite a while to make 25 units.  If io had the correct progression I could of been in and out much quicker, and the way I see it is the less time I spend at the table the less chance there is of me making a mistake and handing my cash to the casino!!! Does anyone have an idea which progression will work with this system?
Regards,
Danny

Don´t play 2 Doz and don´t progress them.
It´s the most killing game possible at Roulette

Try Lanky's 6-point divisor.

Try playing single dozen with a short progression.

If your bet selection guarantees winners >67% (for two dozons) in your session then Lank's 6 point divisor works like charm. The question is whether you can find such bet selection. In other words, you should be able to win flat betting (even if it is very little) in your session.

Bazeeger, so are you in effect saying that if i bet,for example, 1 unit on the 2nd and 3rd dozens continually, that in the long term i should show profit?

No. What I meant to say is as follows:

In a long term
Zero will hit about 2.7 % of times
Dozen 1, 2 and 3 will hit 32.4% of times each {(100 - 2.7)/3}

If you bet two dozons randomly (without any bet selection) then you will win 1 unit 64.8% of times (32.4 X 2) and lose two units for 35.2% of times (when other dozen or zero hits). Which means you will earn 64.8 units and lose 70.4 units in 100 spins (on an average), which is a loss.

If you have a bet selection by which your two dozons win 67% of times(I have corrected my previous post), then you are a winner (albeit very small). You will win 67 units and lose 66 units {(100-67) X 2} in 100 spins (on an average). That's why Lanky adopts LW strategy for bet selection which ensures him long term winner (sometimes after lot of grinding :)).

Danny

Your bet selection mentioned above will not give you > 67% winners. It will be close to 64.8% in a long term.

I hope you will get some insight now.

Well explained Bazeegar  :good:

And it is loss of -5.4% and as I said in my first post: Possibly the most killing system at roulette.
