I probaly think this has been done a million times but thought i'd post it anyay because so far in my practice sessions and real money sessions its been doing real well!
Wait for 5 seperate double streets to hit then bet that one will repeat.
I've been using a 13 step progression:

1 -1 +5 1
2 -2 +4 1
3 -3 +3 1
4 -4 +2 1
5 -5 +1 1
6 -7 +5 2
7 -9 +3 2
8 -11 +1 2
9 -14 +4 3
10 -17 +1 3
11 -21 +3 4
12 -26 +4 5
13 -32 +4 6
Below is my first real money session an Dublinbet.com and the first column is the # spun the 2nd is if it was a Different/Same double street that hit, the 3rd column is where i Bet/Win or Lose and the 4th is my Bankroll.
You will notice the first bet i made was on the 7th D and not the 5th because i logged in and wrote the last 10 #'s from the board, sorted them and ten bet.

And there you go, how long this will keep winning I have no idea but even though its a grinder I'm loving it and if it does lose it's only 32 so can't be bad :-*

You encountered already 12 different lines before hit. That can be in the future much higher and even your 13 steps progression could be not enough.
