Why people believe casinos use random generator?

Hi! I am new here and I am pretty new to roulette.  Actually I doubt I am going to play at all but recently it was presentation in NYC and the guy demonstrated his system.  Well, it is not exactly what people mean by system.  According to creator the one needs to learn and practice it for at least a month.  But the demonstration was impressive.  The guy played for real money over an hour and he named numbers that would win.  And they did! Always.  The only thing the guy could not tell for sure - how many times those numbers would win.  Well, he was not selling or sharing his system so it is not practical for us but maybe anyone heard about this? What was for sure - he did not play against random generator and he mentioned that he simply knew the program.

Who is David Blain? Sorry, like I said I was new to roulette.  I believe that guy was Russian.  He mentioned he was going back to Moscow to make another presentation there.
