The ratio look extremely good with support by the strong Leveller progression. The Leveller progression doesn't win every session but on the end wins more than lose. Very tough progression.

Just finished a session from Hell,  on DB. I still came out with profit ( play money profit  ).

Starts off pretty poorly, 1/1 ratio in the first 12 spins, and five losses in a row, new record for me, after a few dozen sessions. Goes to show, in Roulette anything's possible. But at the end the ratio goes to 26/12, about 2.2.
The Leveller system goes deeper in the red (-43 u at one stage ) but recovers 8 spins quicker than 1-2-6 stop. It's all a matter of preference, I'm more comfortable with a smaller stop loss of about 36 u ( 2 full progressions lost, rare enough). The important thing is, even in a tough session, the system's recovered in 24 to 32 spins. It's a resilient system

Wow, the curse of real money. Played my first session with cash after a couple dozen session for play money...got wiped out! half my bets lost, after covering two thirds of the board, 40w/40L. Important to have a stop loss, I guess. Betting the max till you recover can reaaaaly get you in the red. Just a warning.

I've only played with cash this system a couple of times. I usually write down sessions from table one, for no particular reason. I also checked some sessions posted on the actuals section by sushie, mostly from table 2.
A progression that covers 6xL seems like a good idea. But 100 u won in one session? every time you lose L, you're down 2u, every time you lose 2L you're down 4u, you have to recover from those. That might easily bring the session to 150 spins...

I am trying to find out if this method has serious promise

I think if we play virtual till three llls that would help save our bankroll after that just use a progression but a mild one at that.
