@VLS ref: quote-frame

Hi Viktor,

there is a ne frame around the quote area.

Unfortunately it is mostly broken and eating lot of space.
And I thin it is confusing.

I put this in the open section to let other members comment if they like it or not.

for my opinion: please go back to normal small framing, it is more readable.

Well i like the new quote frame because it easy to see and read the quote and with the old quote frame it was hard to see and read the quote.

There aren't supposed to be highlighted borders....
