Are certain numbers more likely to
appear after, say, number 13 hits?

Darned if I know.....

You can see from the above pic that
after number 13 hit the highest occurrence
of another number (20) was 14 times and
the lowest (10) was once.

These stats are from the 8000spins.txt
file included with the dowload now
available in the Members Download area.

Just might be something in it.

Sorry!  I had it all wrong.  I thought you meant after number 13 hits what is the next number.  In other words, certain number follow others numbers.  I don't know where you come from but here 21 follows 12,  32 follows 23 and everybody has their own "favorites".  Of course none of that has any value what so ever.

You programme, I think just makes a compilation of numbers to let you know which ones come more often.  Did I get it?  What is the use?

As far as the prog goes, I wouldn't have
thought that there could be such a wide
spread between the numbers that appeared
after say 13 in a file of over 8,000 spins.

Did you understand the explanation?

Why after 13?  I am not sure I get it.  Does it mean you wait for all the numbers to hit 13 times and then see how many times they hit after that?

imagine in 37 spins there would spin just a single number so you have 37 possible variations:
1. only the 0
2. only the 1
3. only the 2
...
37. only the 36

imagine in 37 spins appear 2 numbers e.g. the 1 and the 20
1. 20 at fist spin and 36 times the 1
2. 20 at first spin and at seceond spin and then 34 times the 1
.....
x. 20 at 16th spin and 1 spins 1-15 and spins 17-37

so with just two numbers you have 91,534,343,011,020 possible variations more than 91.5 trillion

in average we have 23 to 24 different numbers to appear in 37 spins. to get all numbers hit the same time after any other (amount) you have to have check
13sleepers 24 hit- 2157142399433325078661979618737564774321235951616000000000 x 37 spins
14sleepers 23 hit- 2102461537664289404445654948320063396409217803878400000000 x 37 spins

to hit a certain number after any other number is equal to the possibility of hitting one single number back to back = 1/37

that means the strategy mentioned above is simply a favorite´s game where (see example on top) the 20 is the favorite after a 13 had appeared.

This was described int the book "Roulette-Lexikon": There was the theory that in 37*37 spins (1369 spins) there would be favorites back to back.
