C = the ball going Clockwise round the wheel

CC = the ball going Counter Clockwise round the wheel (Or Anti Clockwise)

Say you are testing numbers from Spielbank obviously it doesn't state if it's C or CC but as they are every other spin it doesn't matter......

as far as I know c and cc is related to rotor, not ball

Actually in general, they usually refer to the ball spin direction. But I don't know about this useless system.
