This system uses 12 sets of 3 numbers (A through to L).  Only single 0 wheels give good results.
The method is to keep tracking the groups until 3 groups remain unhit , we will then play these 9 numbers using a long 9 number progression. My success has been good with this method. Wins come early often.
A quick example of how we play , Simply mark of a group once a number in that group hits , say for example the last number to hit is number 13 then eliminate group K .  The next spun number is lets say number 7  then we eliminate group G , The next number is number 9 then we eliminate group I ,  Simply track until 3 groups remain unhit then bet on these groups. This should usually  be  about 15 -20 spins before three groups remain unhit. Please test and post the results if you wish.
Two progressions I like are as shown here below.
Conservative Progression 1. 1. 1. 2. 2. 3. 4. 5. 7. 9. 12. 16. 22.
Aggressive progression    1. 1. 2. 2. 3. 4. 6. 8. 12. 16. 22.
Tips to win every session are as follow , First thing is practice playing 1 cents or 1 pence bets before going for the bigger chip values getting a good "feel for the system" is very important. Often I use a limited progression of 1. 1. 2. 2. 3 . 4. and do very well. Keep sessions short if you win 4 progressions then quit. Don't get greedy.
the chances of losing the full conservative progression are slim but the the fact is over a long playing session it's highly possible it could bust the progression and lose a lot should this happen. Only play mechanical wheels no rng. Of course this will be  a long term loser as all systems have a mathmatical certainty to lose over a  long  number  of spins.  Another tip is to play 1 or 2 numbers as splits if you want less risk. Some times I play all the 9 numbers straight up , other times I might split a couple of numbers -it depends how things are going.
Also I recommend you use software to monitor the standard deviation , a bad SD is risky and a looser situation....
