Why is it that Roulette is often called a random game when it is 'governed' or 'dictated' by the Law of Averages etc. . .
Can it still be random?? or should it be redefined as 'short term' random since we know that the numbers WILL balance out . . . eventually
IMO Roulette is not totally random. People use random because they don't know the outcome of the next spin.
I constantly see streaks after the ball is spun. If someone can see those streaks and make timely bets at the beginning when it happens, a bettor IMO has a very good chance of making a profit.
