I was betting on the 3rd column (numbers 3-36) and number 3 hit but I didn't win anything and they still took my money. >:(

I suppose it could have a been a glitch. But I'm certain I bet on the column and not an individual number. I watched the wheel, and it can be a little hard to see the numbers but I knew it was either a 3 or a 9 I was looking at and they're on the same column so it wouldn't have made any difference - I would have won with both. And it said 3 on the monitor as well.

Well, then I hope it was a glitch. Yesterday I was playing Bella Vegas and twice my bets disappeared. I would have lost, so I know they were not trying to cheat me. I've been told if my internet signal is weak, they won't get the input.
Hope that's it because when they lift this crappy ban here in the US, I am signing up with Dublin.

Sometimes the electronic system reports a different number to the one on the wheel as well. I've not seen that at Dublin Bet yet though but at Ladbrokes.

Just a side note, I've played with DB for a while now and this has happend twice now. Both times I checked the history and made sure I was in the right, sent an email off and got my full refund back both times. Glad to see you got your money back as well... maybe you should change the title to "I thought DB cheated me, but I was wrong".

That's what they do, is in the terms&conditions bullshit... as x my previous post,they didn't pay me too, and it has costed me a loss x 246 euro, i was at the last leg of the progression...so after that it never happeneded anymore, but i try to not play big progression, i don't feel safe...and the last time i've seen my 12 numbers missed x more than 17 spins...i think that it can happen once x a year...
Some casinos like bet 365 they usually have connections problems, specially when you are in a middle of progression...

As a matter of fact,we all know online casinos cheat to a certain extent.Seems like there is a trigger when you are winning and they play dirty on you,like a screen hang or just gagged you out,disconnect you or anything.I suggest using mutiple accounts,even if you win take everything out go somewhere else.There are tons of online casinos around

I can tell you this guys, i would bet every single penny i own that cheating really does happen at online casino's , absolutely no question about it. The cheating takes many forms too. I guess there are many ways to cheat here are some ways they do it that i can think off. 1- bonus cheats by locking your money and making you wager an insane 40 times bonus before you withdraw a penny, this is close to stealing your money. This is a real scam by casino's and should be banned , in time i guess it will be a banned practice.
Another trick they do is block your bets or give you a message like bets not accepted (gala casino) on big progressions. Another trick is they demand photo ID before they will pay you out , they willingly accept your payment without photo id but yet they demand photo ID before they will pay you , this is done to make it harder for people with no photo id to withdraw there winnings. Some demand houshold bills and bank statements this is to try find a reason not to pay you because you don't have id. Rigged rng's are another common cheat. All in all it is a minefield of cheating sly methods used to help the casino fiddle money out you.
I would give Dublinbet a try but my Visa account will not verify when they ask for the name and 3 digit code.
