You want to beat roulette to make money. But it's freedom you want, not the money itself, right?

If you are tired of the constant grind to make money and are looking for a way to achieve freedom to live "your way", then visit this site:

nolinks.yourway.org.au

It explains how to:

* Purchase land at $2,000 per acre

* Build an affordable but large and luxurious eco-friendly house

* Produce 90% of your own food and water

* Generate your own electricity and never pay an electricity bill again

You will own house and land at about 1/20th of the price, without any debt. And you wont work anywhere near as hard.

This program is designed by my associates. I've assisted them with their website and am telling you about this as it concerns anyone who is sick of working so hard, which is just about everyone. It is not about making money and the founders don't profit. It is about comfortable living without debt, and without needing as much money.

First visit nolinks.yourway.org.au and if you like the concept, sign up at the forum at nolinks://nolinks.yourway.org.au/forum/ which is brand new and just being released today. It will be heavily promoted soon and will have many new members.

Use the social sharing buttons, email your friends, tell others about it however you can.

yes they are a good concept but strangely expensive for what they are.. mainly a mix of dirt and old tyres. Still cheaper than the average house, and much cheaper to run

The main problem my projects in this area are having is council approval. It can take a year to get a response from councils, and the answer may be "no". Building groups of eco buildings in the country can take so much time, the participants will be old and grey by the time it is up and running. I think that is "by design". No problems if you want to build a $300k house in the suburbs, but try to build a $20k building in the country even though it has virtually no environmental impact, and the council hives you big problems... even though the australian councils were formed illegally because a referendum failed. Hmm. Think you are free? No, its an illusion. You need to fight for freedom.

At the moment the most viable approach is to buy land and build structures that dont require a permit. But technically if you plan to live in them, you need a permit for that too. Breathe and you need a permit probably too. Its coming down to the point that if you want to live in freedom, you are going to need to TAKE what is yours, or submit to the system. And you will encounter resistance. The question becomes how badly do you want freedom, or is it just easier to sacrifice freedom and be a slave? And the option is slavery because you'll work almost every day until you are old and grey.

When the people fear the government there is tyranny, when the government fears the people there is liberty."

Steve

Absolutely. We have tyranny but most people accept it because they were born into it. They are about to lose control, so they will take dramatic steps to maintain it. One big mess is opening up, its already happening.

yep - totally depends on design, council, building codes

They say: "We are all up against a formidable mountain range ofobsolete dogma inhabited by building code officials and loan officerswho are from a different world than those of us wanting to build and sail in earthships."

A few months ago I spoke with one of the regulators for an hour (australian law), and so many legal points were complete bullshit. The laws railroad you into using expensive buildings. I found this interesting and a good sumarry of it:

I've been trying to contribute to change for a long time, and while things like free energy technology (even more efficient solar) can make a huge difference, we'd still have major problems like people being in debt for expensive properties that could be 100 times cheaper, with no debt. The core problem is people's apathy, ignorance and lack of awareness. But you could try to help people see until you are blue in the face and still they wont change, until something major which is when it is probably too late.

So people are forming multiple "off the grid" communities to separate themselves from these clowns and live a better life. for example, nolinks.ic.org and nolinks.yourway.org.au - I contribute to yourway which are a great group of people

Steve,

Do you know of any 'pockets of freedom' or 'test sites' within Australia?

Or any localities supportive of the building of zero carbon dwellings?

Steve

No sorry not yet, but I'll be spamming every city council to find out when I have time. But I'm not relying on them. I know many people now with land saying "F" the council, and they've been doing it for years. They use such low impact buildings and it is unrealistic they'll ever be found where they are. Only real threat is satellite photos. But this is still just a quick fix, not a solution. A broader solution needs everyone to wake up

"According to the Earthships in Australia Facebook Group; "Pockets of (legislative) Freedom" seem to exist where these rules are less likely to be an issue. The most significant of these are in South Australia (but not within 100km of the coast – for example Woomera, Roxby Downs and Coober Pedy) some of inland Western Australia (near the Gibson Desert Nature Reserve) and some of inland (Unincorporated) Western New South Wales and Western Victoria (specifically Broken Hill, Wilcannia and Mildura)."
