I've been trying this system on an on-line casino in practice mode with success (some here have said an on-line casino will LET you win in practice mode) so I tried it with some spins from Spielbank Wiesbaden and it's worked so far - now I play on an american wheel but I figured it should work on a european wheel as well

Here it is - you divide the board into 4 sections
1-9
10-18
19-27
28-36

Track the spins until you have 1 section that HASN'T hit and you play those 3 trios with a 5,5,5,10.10,15,15,20,25 progression - so far that's as far as I've had to go

Results

2 No Bets (all four sections hit at least once)
1 Loss (lost first bet and at that point all four sections had hit at least once)
20 Wins

Net profit +$665
Lowest point was -$195 (Lost first 8 bets - hit on the 9th)

I think this bears further research

Let me see if I got this right..............

You would look at the last four spins and if, and only if, you found three sectors had hit and one had not--then you begin your betting on the sector that has not hit in the past four spins?

Nope, he said nothing about the number of spins.  "Track the spins until you have 1 section that HASN'T hit and you play those 3 trios..."  I assume by "three trios" he means those three streets which comprise the sector. Since there are four sectors, for one to have not hit, three would have to have hit and that, to me, is a missing sector out of the last three spins.

Sure, you could have a couple of sectors hit a dozen times each, but when the third sector hits, you have three out of four or one that HASN'T hit.  Minimum number of spins is three; there is theoretically no maximum.

That's the way I understood it.
