I decided to put the systems in public that a scammer selled me on roulette forum. His name was bob, peace to his soul. His systems are showed in public now and he won't do his business on this site anymore.
These are good systems but not 99% winning like he said

So here is the first :


3RD. REPETITION SYSTEM
            
THE  SYSTEM IS DONE IN THIS WAY:   
THE LAW OF THE THIRD SAYS THAT IN A RANDOMLY OUTCOME OF 36 NUMBERS, 24 WILL SORT OUT 12-15 WILL REPEAT .                       
HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT HOW TO USE THIS FACT                                                   
                                                                       
The playing of the system is done in this way :                                                       
                                                                       
The first condition is to take 24 spins where there is no number that has repeated 3 times                                       
than we take the numbers that have repeated themselves 2 times exactly ( so has 2 outcomes each  in 24 spins)                               
                                                                       
Now we play after the 24th spin those numbers that  came out exactly 2 times.                                            
We play them spin by spin, and on each spin we check the  new number that comes, and we see if with this new outcomes does the number has spun out 2 times or only once( so it would be a new number ).
If the number is a new number so spun out only once we do not add him into the game ,                                        
but if the number ,with this new spin , has repeated 2 times , we add him to the other numbers we were playing and play them. Next spin we will be doing the same thing

1 (now it spun out again so we add 1 to our bet  because in total it spun out 2 times)

SUMMARY:
-1) CHECK 24 SPINS WHERE THERE ARE NO NUMBERS THAT REPEATED MORE THAN TWO TIMES
-2) SEE WICH NUMBERS REPEATED EXACTLY TWICE
-3) ON 25TH SPIN PLAY THEM SPIN BY SPIN AND EACH SPIN CHECK IF :
                -if a number  has spun out once in the 24 spins + another time on 25th spin ( or also next ) add him     to our bet because totally we always play the numbers that spun out 2 times;
               -if a number spins out for the first time on the following spins do not add him to the bet as we always bet the numbers that  have 2 repetitions
               - if a numbers spin out for example at 26th spin  for the first time , we do not bet him , but if  it spins out again on 29th spin for example , we add him to our bet as we are looking for the third repetition in 36 spins that will make us win.
-4) PLAY THE NUMBERS UNTIL 36TH SOMETIMES UNTIL 40TH SPIN WITH PROGRESSION

The Winning Rate of this system is around 98-99% as if you check all we need is ONE number that repeats 3 times in 36-40 spins and we will win. After 34th spin we will be playing usually 3-5 numbers than add more and usually not more than 8-9 numbers, so the needed bankroll is not high I use usually about 180-200 units.

PROGRESSION

The progression is an individual fact , and it depends on how much money you have .
I usually always play with a calculator and I calculate the progressions in real time

For example :
If I play 4 numbers x 5 spins than on 6th spin I play 5 numbers what I do is follow my bankroll and calculate how much I spend on betting and how much I would win  on a win , and I see if I will be in profit I do not add  chips, if I will  be in -  with a win , I add chips  to make profit.
