Yes.
The many freatures of the upgrade are messing with the installation.
I will reinstall current upgrade again and see if it gets stable this time.
If it doesn't, then I will downgrade to past version.
If it still doesn't perform, -Worse case-, I'll have to code a chat room in text-only mode LoL
At least I know *that* won't have technical issues!. Only 1-page of code can't mess it up! [smiley=lolk.gif]
Good news / Bad news
Good news first:
Installation went fine.
Loaded last chat core for this very 2008 year.
Smooth process, disabled quotes (only I liked them ;)), disabled the other public chat ( General and System testing are the only ones now )... and in general, did cut load of stuff which wasn't really needed.
Bad news:
Reinstallation wiped the chat's database. Usernames are gone [smiley=thumbdown.gif]
Well, not really "bad news", *If* you don't mind registering again.... ( and again and again ::) ...sorry [smiley=embarassed.gif] )
Let's pray for this one to be stable in the long run. I got the lesson, too many features can mess things up!
