Title: 40 unit challange
Post by: 2worlds on October 28, 2008, 09:38:56 PM
Al'right, here's the cenario,
You have 40 dollars one table open, the limits are minimum 1, maximum 200, and you have all day.  What would you do?  And "I wouldn't play" isn't a fun answere unless you have a fun way to say it.

I almost frogot, this is a walk in casino, not on the internet.

$40 on number 7  8)

But seriously I would play with the Lw's with $5 units.

a) Single dozen - 5 unit bets
    - after: 7 no shows on 1st dozen
8 no shows on 2nd dozen
10 no shows on 3rd dozen
    - progression on loss:  1, 1, 2, 3, 4

    - quit at +50 or -40 units

or

b) Wait until wheel sector of 5 has 3 hits within 7 spins - then bet 1 unit on each for 8 spins

With 40 units I'll wait for everyone but 1 single number to appear.

Then when that single number appears/wakes, I will use it as a target for a 36-unit parachute:

(https://www.vlsroulette.com/proxy.php?request=nolinks%3A%2F%2Fvlsroulette.com%2Findex.php%3Faction%3Ddlattach%3Btopic%3D1940.0%3Battach%3D241%3Bimage&hash=e24a676587fa24791c6f2109b977b3f527e91a18)

The remaining 4 units go either to my pocket OR to be played affter patiently waiting for both the same dozen & column to repeat at the same time (they have a 4-number conjuction), then bet 1 unit on the other 2 dozens & 2 columns for 1 spin only. Aiming for 25% ROI or +1 unit only. Hit & Run.

Well, that's it.

Best regards 2worlds.

Some cool ideas.
I usualy play the last dozen that hit before the last dozen on a 1,2,3,5,8 progression, and Simons dozens when it shows up.  I can play for 5 hours straight, but normaly I don't get anywhere.  5 hours of doing nothing is an improvement, but it's even less fun than losing.

B&M = Brick & Mortar = Land-based casino.
