Different RNG Algorithms

Few things I just want to get down before I start explaining my paranoia here:

• I'm new to the forum so I'm extremely sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
• If the title of the thread seems stupid and uneducated, again, apologies.
• Anyone who can, move this if this is in the wrong forum.
• I'm really struggling to find answers and I can't find anything on Google about this.

Right, so, I'm new to the forum, hello! There's something I wanted to ask, has anybody been on a site called Jackpot Joy? Well it has a game called Roulette Splendide which has what seems to be a random number generator, and this isn't to say that I don't believe it's random, because I do. However, in online casinos they seem to have a different kind of algorithm which still seems to produce random numbers. What I mean by all this is that, it's obvious that if you were to conduct a experiment with the law of averages in mind, comparing Jackpot Joy and typical online casino with downloadable software, you'd find that Jackpot Joy produces Rows/Dozens more than the online casinos with downloadable software.

If my wording sucked there, I'll explain it in this way. When I played Roulette Splendide, just merely betting on the two other rows after a bet seemed to work about 5-10 times before they changed to "Make him lose" mode, where-as with this online casino's Premier Roulette table, the randomly produced spin kept leaning towards two particular rows for about 5-6 spins, which obviously made me believe in those cheesy sleeper strategies for second. What do you guys think? Again, I'm not slagging either site/casino off, I'm just saying I think they're different in terms of algorithm.

I have never been on that site. But as you suspect, different casinos use different RNG's. Some Casinos have randomness control so you can check that everything is order yourself. I don't believe casinos have "let's make the player lose"-algorithms. Of course it can feel that way when you are on the losing side, but it would be devastating for the casino if that was the case. No serious casinos have rigged RNG's.
