Roulette Question (problem) for true experts.

I have a theoretical exercise for roulette experts. Here it is:

Hypothesis (data, facts of the problem):

-You have a bankroll of 200 units.
-You play in a European roulette (one zero) and "en prison" rule does not apply. If zero comes you lose your bet.
-In the next 201 spins, you know for sure, that there will be 94 RED 101 BLACK and 6 ZERO.
-You can play any way you want.

Question:
What is the best way to play to maximize your profits?  ???

Hello kav,

I'm not a true expert but I'll give you my true gambler suggestion. ;)

I would count the first 150-200 spins until I get good figure what exactly I'm going to see.
If you get lucky and for example left with 4-5 consecutive reds/blacks in the end, you'll be all-in
every time in the last few spins and make good profit.

You said you just want to maximize your profits... My worst case scenario is X2 your bank (one bet only).

Hi mistarlupo,

Thanks for your reply. Very smart approach. I wonder if there is a better one.

Now to make things even harder, here is a variation of the problem:
You can only bet on black.

what would you do then?  :o

(I'll not claim expert status either!)

If such a game as you describe existed, I would double my money every time I played at worst and multiply it by 35 at best.  Every time; guaranteed.

I'm sure you know how.

Sam

Shorty

Flat bet zero with $1 million units.

Woohoo I'm rich.

kav

Yes TwoCatSam,
That's a very good approach to the original problem.

Now two variations of the problem.

a) You are allowed to only bet on zero. How do you maximize your profits? (flat betting zero will indeed give a profit Shorty, but there can be a better strategy for max profit, and you have 200 units bankroll)

b) You are allowed to only bet on black. How do you maximize your profits?

Looking forward to reading your approaches.
