Don`t sell the forum, I have an idea!

If it gets achieved we can have an ad-free forum this month.

One of the reasons of the sale is there is like ~$300 to be paid before year's end. We'll have to make a Christmas' collect as we can't get into the next year in debt. A fellow member of this forum loaned $150, and there is still $125 to be paid to a local importer here who kindly provided them and also some $5's and $10's that I'm sure could be forfeited if asked but I want to repay back to be fair with the kind ones who attended the loan request to build the server for the -now failed- hosting venture at the time it was posted some months ago.

Although in my book it isn't quite right when 5 people have to pay for the other 3400+, if it proves sustainable then we can keep the forum to ourselves, advertisement-free, debt-free and back to normal.

Shall we give this a shot?

Please don't sell the forum. I'm not on paypal, but will register and pay. If there is another why to transfer money, please give the details. I think there might be a couple of guys and girls not on paypal and they can use this alternative why to pay.

The help and info on this forum are more of value than one can realize. It makes every one a Robin Hood, capable to take money from the casino. This is not only for AP's its for everyone from a novice to a master.

PS thanks Sam, I will pay you back, just stop the selling of the form, send me the info for the transfer to your account.

Hi , Victor, you didn`t answer my my last pm. I will communicate my general idea in this post so everyone can see it.

First, I wanna say that VLSROULETTE should never have other owners besides you and the senior members.

If a casino takes over this forum , you can say bye bye to freedom of speech. We will all be censored.

My offer is this:

1.You remain the admin. If you don`t wanna take care of the forum, have someone else do it. Someone you trust.

2. I work my magic on the forum's ad space. I can make this forum enough money to sustain itself and MORE! . How much are you paying per month for hosting? Are you on vps/dedicated? 100$?

If all else fails, I will buy the forum from you, we will create a clause in the contract so that the community remains unchanged,free . You can even remain the admin. I will be hosting the forum and manage the ad space.

I have no problem with donate some money. I did earlier.
I think Victor is correct with gov. restrictions, its very anoing.
So, I supose that ownership or member from country without restictions must be in charge and PowerOfAttorney.
Forum van make money from adsense, add and banners but this must be done with expireience guy (no offense Victor).

As i have pay-pal now but did not before so i can send an amount, i will do so.
But i have to say you have been there before and solve the solution with this way.
Now you are here again with the same situation.

I don't see that it is an stabel way or running an forum, it has an poor economic foundation.
This year VLS is up running and next year we don't have an clue if it is.
Because then we will read all this kind of posts again with the same issue.
