I just came back from a local casino.
Here's what happen.
I watched the wheel for 40 spins then I make my move(yes I know it's a very small section, but I didnt have time). I also make sure to notice each dealer that came to the wheel. I found it odd that the roulette dealer are switched every 30 minutes, at least at this local casino. Anyhow, I wrote down the numbers and name of the dealer during the time I was observing. And yes it is OK to write record numbers that appeared.
The wheel was really random, but there was a large normal distribution at the middle column numbers. So I keep betting the center column and bet additional numbers depending on the dealer signature. I spent 3 hours there and walk away $500. Its small, but who wouldn't want to walk away with $500 in 3 hours with a $100 buy-in.
Here are the technique I used. I first recorded the numbers (looking for any bias wheel, repeater and normal distribution). I observed each dealer's spin technique. Some are fast and inconsistent while others are just actually on your side by throwing the ball at a similar force. I used dealer signature to bet along with Forecasting.
I cannot accurately predict the exact number the ball will land on, but I can Forecast which sector of the wheel the ball will land on using dealer signature. By forecasting, I observe where the dealer release the ball. If I think its going to land on the center column, I place 1 unit/number there for a total of 10 units/10 numbers and then double up on numbers that appear more frequently from the paper I recorded.
This was played on an American Roulette wheel.

Nice post thanks for sharing.
I would like to know how you observe the dealers release of the ball.
Could you add some detail to that.
