Can anyone at least tell me at least a little something about it?  What is it all about?  Is it about bias?  Does it require me to purchase a computer or something?  I don't really want to buy something if I don't know what it is.

Mostly what you'll hear publicly is it's a scam and I'm a scammer, sometimes from actual purchasers who had no idea what they were doing. Review everything and decide for yourself.
