Hi there one n all......  ;)

I read something ages ago via a website I cannot remember & thought I'd post a question so that some kind soul can help  :good:

the said website stated that in Las Vegas they DON'T spin Clockwise & Counter Clockwise (anti clockwise for us none Yanks), just one way ALL the time......

I doubt this is true, but I've never been  :-[ and wonder if somebody would be kind enough to confirm/deny  :rtfm: :rtfm:

Thanking ANYBODY for replying in advance........ 8)

Steve

it depends on the casino, pitt boss etc. They may spin cw one day, then ccw another day. But in europe and most other regions, it will be alternate direction each spin.

Could the pit boss decide that they DO spin alternate direction each spin for a day ? Or is it ALWAYS CW one day CCW the other ?

Any idea WHY Las Vegas do this ? Do they think it's a counter measure of some description ?

Thxs for getting back to me  :good:

Steve

The pit boss can do whatever the faq they decide.

I dont know why they would do it that way. It doesnt in any way make play more difficult unless you analyzed spins of the other direction. a player can just segregate analysis anyway.

Anybody else got any thoughts/views about this  :scratch_ones_head: :scratch_ones_head: :scratch_ones_head:

Hello Xman

This is my own personal view, you understand.  Being an American I only see 0 00 wheels as a rule.  I have only seen them spun clockwise.

I have been to two casinos with the single 0 wheel, but they still only spun clockwise.

Now, I go very little so I could be wrong.  Just giving my personal observation.

My personal  observation at casinos in Atlantic City, TurningStone  NY, Foxwoods Ct, plus  Las Vegas  all  CW .

I cannot vouch  for  Montreal and  the Atlantis , Bahamas . I played there a few  spins  but  did not pay close attention.

Looks like it's the whole of the US of A  :rtfm: :rtfm:

No, Mr. X, it was in Vegas and also Tunica, Kansas City and Atlantic City.  Like ND, I wasn't there to watch the direction, but it sure seemed they always spun CW.
