Here's a short-term system that has proven well with a small bankroll. (As an aid, I use Roulette Raper in downloads-roulette related page 2 to track the 14-miss line.)
You will be tracking doublestreets. When a line (in one of the three dozens--10-15 or 22-27 would not qualify) misses 14 times, play the respective dozen three times flat betting. If it hits, restart again or end session. If it misses three times, wait for the next 14-miss doublestreet.
Suggested Bankroll: $10 or better: Stoploss +/-50%
