Hi there, I don't know if this is the right section, but here I go.

Some weeks ago I found a link to a system that explains how to win at roulette with the "law of averages", here's the link
nolinks.roulettesystem.ca

The process is explained halfway down the page, and I would like to know your thoughts of this system where you place a bet on a dozen when it hasn't come up 5 times in a row.

Thank you :)

Hello mate,

On that page there's an explosive progression (1 hit gets all) on a sleeping layout location (can sleep long time).

It obeys to a reason.

That webpage page is a casino affilliate page (Casino Tropez, Club USA casino, Vegas Red, Europa, Casino Del Rio and Cameo casino).

Basically, the scheme goes like this:

- They post a very bad system (explosive progression + sleeper location, basically the worst combination of bet selection and money management which exists[/b]).

- As affilliates, they recommend casinos where they have an account and inject their referral ID on the clickable link (this is why we don't allow clickable links to casinos here, to avoid being spammed by casino affilliates who only want to inject their links, by disallowing clickable links, this forum has no value to them).

- After they send people casinos share the money obtained from player's losses, each casino at its own rate.

And that's it, no interest in helping or informing the players, their only interest is financial (referring players with a bad system and reap the losses).

Mate,

Better to grind the profits over a series of spins and have plenty of time to think (and evaluate the current flow of the game) than trying to chase that elusive 1 hit as savior. Whoever has studied the game knows the larger the sample, the larges the deviations (I.e. dispersion/interval between hits against the player).

Do not apply this system. Better learn any other strategy which involves slow progressive schemes and learn a bet selection on which you get comfortable with the expected dispersion and its rithm, both in terms of time and "clumping of hits" so to speak... (I.e. while at the even chance 10 spins without a hit represent 5 missed cycles, at the single number 5 missed cycles represent 37 * 5 = 185 spins).

Well mate, hope this starts you.

Feel free to ask, engage in productive debate, post your own findings and observations and use this space to your benefit in your gambling and roulette learning.

Best regards.
Victor

Well, it makes sense, as I lost $50 the last week with this system, as it stated that it was "impossible" for a dozen to not come up in 16 consecutive spins...which was a big fat lie, as I once had a dozen not coming up in 18 spins...even one didn't come up in like 27 spins!

Anyway, I wanted to know what people think of this system and infere if I had to change system or tweak it a bit.  Thank you very much, it really helped :) I'm really interested in improving my game and become a pro at the roulette, but I'm very lost with systems like Lw, etc...I just don't get them, but I think I'll manage.

So, is there any introductory system/tutorial/whatever in how to improve your odds in the roulette???

Thanks again.

This is a system put out there by online casinos to draw you in.  In fact, when I was a green "newbie", I thought I had found the Holy Grail and I rushed too the casino with the tracking sheets in hand and got devoured in about 30 minutes.  Well, a hard lesson learned, but learned nevertheless!

Good thing is pages like this stay at this forum for newcomers to read and hopefully not have to fall on these types of schemes.

No need to learn the hard way, this is what this forum is here for, to help people by the exchange of experiences, no need for all members of our community to hit the same walls.

Money saved is money earned so I've heard.

Hopefully we can help in educating over these schemes, educating gamblers is in the end helping families.

Someone who develops the patience to grind and quit being a compulsive gamer makes a difference.

Granted, casinos may not like the idea of non-compulsive people using their halls, but the percentage is to tiny that overall it doesn't make any difference for them,  BUT... you bet there is a difference in a household with having a compulsive gambler misusing family money regularly than a grinder, with all the mentality changed involved.

You even get to see life in a different form under this mentality, and get to strengthen that invisible muscle which is the patience, learn to control yourself and it can nothing but reflect in a positive way at other aspects of your life.

Best regards,
Victor

I'm more than set up for the patience as I consider myself to be very disciplined when it comes to gambling.  When I lost those $50 I felt like just trying again...but I had to cool down myself to avoid getting in this cycle of compulsive gaming.  Hence, why I'm here.

Btw, do you know of any system, tutorial or whatever to get started and know all about the jergon and how to properly play the roulette?

Thanx :)
