Holy Grail exist?

Hello everyone,

I just found this forum.   Great stuff here.   I am new here, but not new to roulette.   I am a casual player and have tried a few different systems that just did not hold up in the long run.

I've read through tons of posts on here in the past few days and the research you guys do on creating/testing systems is miraculous.   It seems like everyone is looking for the same thing. . .  The Holy Grail of systems.

From what I gather after sifting through posts here is that nothing like that exists. . .  yet.   

My question is, what system/strategy on here is the closest we are going to get to a HG?

I am not trying to become a professional roulette player by any means, but would love to find something that actually works.   It would be nice to have side hobby that makes my bank account grow.

If it meant I wouldn't be incarcerated then that would certainly be a viable option, but I think we all know the fate of drug dealers.

I would definately recommend you take a look at Winkels GUT system, and Mr J - my method system.

However what i would say is that the best system is your self control. Lots of great systems on here as important as finding a good system is finding a system that suits your style of play.

Thanks for the reponse.   I have checked out both systems.   I am still trying to learn the ropes around here (especially terminology).   I am not as advanced playing as many of you some my learning curve might be a little longer.   

Patience and proper money management won't be a problem for me.   I used to play poker regulary and know that greed can really criple you and your bankroll.

It seems like we have a great community here of people willing to share their ideas.   My hope is that I can find someone or a post that will catch me up to speed.

Like I said, I'm not trying to become a millionaire playing roulette, although that would awesome.   Making a few extra bucks every week implementing a solid system is my goal right now.   I think with all the knowledge and experience on this forum that is more than attainable.

Welcome to the forum..may I also add Mr Chips' 4selecta system to that list and (if you can get your head around it)Mr Chips' new Signum appears to be getting good results but I have not tried it myself.
As usual practice practice and more practice before you commit real money to these things.

Welcome to the forum Dan !! I hope you find what your looking for....

Whatever you decide to play I would suggest the following....

1. purchase the RX software, it a nice bit of kit & will enable to test any system / way of play your looking at

2. test, test, & test again.... Know the way you are testing inside n out, get comfortable with it....

3. If your not sure about something ask, more often than not somebody here will be able to help you

4. If you get to the stage when your comfortable & think it may well be profitable for you, well play it....

5. parts 1,2 & 3 are the key, be prepared before you shell out your hard earned cash in a casino

and remember.......small bets hurt less if you lose!  Play for pennies or dimes.  If you system is good, it will be good two years from now.  If it's bad, you'll suffer a lot less!
