Fact:

When flat-betting you are fighting against the house edge (only the raw total win/loss rate minus house edge values count, not the order on which the wins/losses happen).

When using progressive betting, you are fighting against DISPERSION of hits. (What kills you is the gap in between hits, not the unfair payout, as you are "patching" the unfair payout by means of structured money management, only in the event of having a large enough gap in between hits to demolish your money management shall you lose).



If you could have certainty that the ideal values would be reality within the cycle -say a certain number would actually come once within next 37 spins (at any position of this numerical sample)- you could have the game beat hands down.

That is by the way another way to beat the game. People like Kimo Li do it this way: they have a bet selection -I.e. Kimo's matrix- which target a hit and in most cases the hit comes before depleting the progression money = they win more than they lose; not because the bet selection is a winner, but because in most cases even if it doesn't beat the house edge flat betting in the long run, it provides the hit within what the progression can handle, hence beating the game without beating the house edge.
