Does anyone on here actually make a living from roulette. . .  I made about 500 quid two weeks ago using a similar method to 6x6 streets that hermes did.  But im sure the live roulette gets wise and decided to attack me and lost the lot. . .   :angry2: :angry2: :angry2:. . .  Im new one here, but always read your posts with interest.  What is the best/ or a good system to use.  That wins in the long run.   I love roulette but am getting the feeling you cant win, full stop.  Please help :D :D :D

I do. And it isn't from selling systems online either. I have restricted my teaching to 10 people for personal reasons. That being said you should eventually come to the conclusion that you need to have a system that allows you to read the changes that occur when using your system. You need to target when you use it and how to make adjustments to it whenever the conditions suggest a change. In other words, Roulette offers you a chance to take advantage of conditions that are favorable to your system. Now if yo don't have that feature you need to find a system that allows for that. So find one that gives you that feature.

You wanted an answer, that's mine.

You're right it's a general topic or something like that.

you can win in the short term. but in the long term you will lose. if you pick a number of winning bets for a few weeks. the tide will turn and you will get a run of losers. ask the casino to show you the players records.  no winners in the long term.  the maths do not lie. but how ever you play its all pure chance.  what has gone before has no bearing on what comes next.

Dear all,

If you start playing the game untill you have lost your daily BR or won a good night out, and the next day start playing a NEW game, then it is very possible you will lose on long term.
If you start playing the game untill you quit playing for that day and continue playing the same game on a next ocasion, then it is possible to win on long term.

What game to play is up to you, there are many techniques you can use.
Always make sure you play the longest game.
Yes, you can make profits depending on how much you wager and
Yes, you can win consistently, but with ups and downs, so you need patience.
You dont need to be positive, but being negative is a waist of time.

And always remember:

Good luck is often with the man that doesnt include it in his plans.

Warm regards,

Bob

what the maths mean is though most people will lose. some will win all the time.

There are actually two questions here.

1. Who makes money week in and week out?  (Or is in profit each month).

and

2. Who makes their living by roulette?

These are two very different scenarios.

Making money for a weekly or monthly profit is not all that difficult of a plan.

However, making a living from it is decidedly different.  There are obviously way more things to consider from the professional player's perspective.  For most people, the first thing they need to understand is just how much money they actually need from month to month, every month, every year.   About 99% of the public doesn't know that and most of them don't even WANT to know!

With that said, the person who only wants to play "a game" to show a profit of some sort is in a much better position to do so needing only to win a few units of profit at a time to end up in the black at the end of the month.   Not necessarily enough to run a household, but still in profits for the time period.

Making money?  Not a big problem.

Making a living?   A huge undertaking for sure.

Mr J

I choose the monthly totals over the weekly totals, its easier to keep track. Nothing difficult about roulette.   Ken

I do. :)

QuoteA well disciplined player is the  one  casinos fear  most . One only needs to apply   7 strategic  points  to become  a winner in a casino.

I disagree.

Sorry ND,

I agree with Herb.

If you have a longterm edge over the casino you do not need any strategic points. If you do not have a longterm edge over the casino it does not matter how many strategic points you have or use it will not make a difference...you will loose.
