Title: new system test
Post by: canroul on January 11, 2011, 03:00:54 AM
Can some give me an idea of how many spins a new system should have before you ask for more tester to confirm findings.  The one I am testing has to be done manually and it is a bit slow you can do about 100 spins an hour.
Would like some thoughts.

It deppends...

Does it bet in every spin?
Are you betting in single numbers, even chances, dozens,...?
Does it uses flat bets or progression?

I personally have been reading and testing flat betting systems, betting on single number only and almost all spins.
If it passes through 500 spins with a nice profit, it's enough for I give a try and test it seriously  :)

Excelprograms are very suitable to test normal samples.Every system gives a lost on the long term. That is the reason that long run test have no sens. The result is predictable.
