Spike!

Who says you haven't been data mining for these last few years? You say you use them everyday. Typical. It's pathetic really.>>>>

Thanks again, Davey, for clarifying what I was geting into. Silly me for even thinking of getting involved.

Carry on.

Noble Savage

Good points guys.

The challenge however is not "who can win in the long run" (that would be a looong challenge and I wouldn't take it unless it was on a live wheel where I can play VB), it simply is "who can make the most money in a random session of 130 spins" (30 spins for tracking, and 100 for playing).

I don't want the criteria for winning to be simply the hit percentage of the bet selection, but also being able to manage your money in the most optimum way to win the most in a short time.

We can organize other sessions if this one works well.

Davey-Jones

Yeah Spike, your a fraud. Silly you.

Why don't you guys play a DB wheel or something?

Good point there.
A good money management can make quite a big difference in the end results ;)

It is a fair point Noble Savage makes because time is money. If you are too conservative, then a winning method is almost wasted. There is definately a happy medium between conservatism and being too agressive.

you could argue it's called the kelly criterion, lol.

I see...
A friend of mine had a similar way of playing. I hope you have more "luck" than he had ;)

Luck has nothing to do with beating roulette. If you must have to rely on luck then you are lost mate!!!!
Randomness has a problem and it is that it repeats itself too often. The thing is most people doesnt see it!!!
So i say it can be calculated what is about to come in the most immediate future 1 to 3 spins ahead the present one.

I know there is a debate about randomness. If there is kind of memory about past results to produce future events. I have no debate inside me. I've gone thorugh it time ago. Ive found the way to calculate quite accurately what is about to come because of past events. As i said i can miss some stakes sometimes many but in the end, i win every session i play.

I would like very much to take part in this challenge. I live in Spain and ive got 7 hours ahead from the forum time.

That's why I said "luck"  :pleasantry:
Everything have a reason to happen. But it's in human nature to atributte it to luck

I can be criticized by this, but past results can and will influence future results...
I like your way of thinking Carpanta, very similar to mine
Podemos aprender mucho uno con otro  ;)

I'm portuguese by the way..

Glad to see you joining :D

Welcome aboard Carpanta. I am 6 hours ahead of forum time. It is good that all four of us are here at the same time as well as our esteemed croupier Afonso. That means we should be able to agree on a suitable time.

Nope, I'm not a fraud. I'm just trying to make it a legit contest, thats all. But thanks for showing your maturity with all the name calling, I guess I expected more from a forum mod.

My first stake is that Suitcase Charlie is from U.K. ;)

@Afonso, since I started to travel a lot more playing roulette, I thought the name was appropriate, lol.
It's a good job my laptop fits neatly in my case. My immediate goal is to win enough to buy one of those motorhomes and then combine my play and travelling throughout Europe. I can think of nothing I would rather do at this point in my life.
