I'm a programmer and have spent hundreds of hours creating simulations for others on three Roulette forums. I publish results so that discussions can have a context to them and so that they attempt to be interesting for those that participate. When I call someone a moron I'm just kidding. This is an entertainment concept. Don Rickles has called people a hockey puck for years and he made millions doing it. It just makes me jealous. .

My vote is  9  to...GIZMOTRON.......   1  to Cheese.


GIZ..... reasoning and knowledge is very vast and now he has program a tools
to help him to identify the favourable condition faster and more accurate is another plus ...

He uses the past spins data and formulated them into sectors...and the person who
has been trained will recognised what is happening now and what has happen before.
And what is the best time to place a bet.


A blacksmith can make the best sword...but he might not be the best swordsman
A fighter who have many experiences  and have fought in many battles
when equip with the best sword will win many many more battles to come.


Cheese knowledge is great but his bets is $5 or $10.......no pressure win or lose $100.
His winning of $20 to $50   a trip  he is satisfied....after deduction of food and fares still have $30....

If  he brings 1000 to the casino and try to win 500...it will be a failure...most of the time...
After losing 300..he will lose his confidence and decision will be.... bet more or less or no bets next hand.
His betting will be erratic Face will change to pale colour ..heart beats faster...will try to pretend to be
brave as if losing 300 is nothing....when placing chips on next bet hands will shiver...if won the
next bet..hands still shiver.. a big relief...from the facial expression...

Yup, but it ain't easy. Just always remember all the bets in roulette are exactly equal to the even chances, there is no best place to bet.

To fly from  A to B he needs many guiding instruments

This info is no use to anybody, its nonsense. You're dealing with completely independent trials, you can record them any way you like, the wheel will do what it wants. Random obeys no rules, pretending it does won't make it happen.
