Using the progression:

1-1-1-2-3-4-5-7-9-12-16-22-29-39-52-69-92-123

With a parlay in the first 3 bets ( we could use 2 parlays with the 1st bet ) if we win.
If we win at the 4th or 5th bet, we will return to the 2nd or 3rd bet, i.e. if we win at the 4rd bet,
it means our BR is -1, then we return to the 2nd bet.
From the 6th bet: go to the next step if we lose and regress to the previous step in the progression
as long as our BR is positive.

NOTE:In any step, if the BR is negative a certain amount, we will regress to the relevant step.

im afraid progressions like this are actually quite dangerous, ive tried methods like this before and it only takes a fairly small bad patch to push the progression to the end and youve lost a huge chunk of your bankroll

If we encounter 3 consecutive loses, wait a moment and then resume.
But if we continue to lose and lose, we stop at 29unit-bet, wait, and then recover with the progression:

3-5-7-9-12-16-22-29-39-52
But start at 9unit-bet or 12 unit-bet: lose go to next bet, win regress to the previous bet.

If we continue to lose:
  - It's not our day, stop and wait for another day.
  - If we have big bankroll, recover with the progression:
7-9-12-16-22-29-39-52-69-92-123 
But start at 16unit-bet or 22-unit bet

according to mensa guide for roulette. if you are playing the even money chances with a progression you are better off to put the lot on the first bet.
