Title: Does intuition influenced your game?
Post by: roger on December 24, 2007, 09:37:59 AM
Have you got that sometimes that you stick to your gameplan  and place a bet and it just doesn't feel right? Should intuition influence your game or shouls always stick to your gameplan?

Some will disagree with me but I think that FEELINGS mean squat when betting. Positive, negative, neutral, it does not matter!!    Ken

I have to agree with Ken on that. Most gamblers using money they shouldn't be will always have negative feelings, and when they lose they say that they had a feeling they would win.

Many times I have gone to the casino saying "this is my day" and it feels good at the table only to see my bankroll destroyed.

Intuition I think is a gamblers' fallacy. Otherwise, there would be far more happier faces in the casinos.

Yep, look at the faces coming out of the casino compared to the faces going into the casino. BIG difference.  Ken

to me feelings mean alot, not intuition like, but like, when i start feeling mad and stressed cuz of things not going my way, i stop. same when i feel good cuz im lucky and think i cud put all on one number and still win.

its from my experience, i know when i start getting feelings because of roulette, i lose sight of game, even if im not willing to admit it.
