Hi Guys,

Ok, you know the drill, your waiting to bet your desired system, but the situation / numbers have yet to show......

Unfortunately your the only guy at the table so you must place a bet  >:( >:(

So what do you bet ??

For me it doesn't have to win, but it sure would help if it doesn't eat up my BankRoll  :(

So please, let me know what works best for you....

Take it easy.....

This will almost make a profit by itself!  Place 15 units on the first dozen and 10 units on the large numbers.  Now cover with one unit, 13, 14,15, 16, and  17.  If the dozen or large bet hits, you break even as it pays for the single-unit bets.  This will happen most of the time.

If one of the numbers hits, well, you lose 29 and win 35 for a six unit profit.

I've worked for years to come up with an "overlapping" system to make a profit on it's own by covering the 0 and 18 and it would be that sought-after thing I whose name I dare not call.

Numbers 18 thru 36 are the large numbers, or the big numbers, or the bottom.

Victor gave me that avatar.  I don't know those cats except that if you know one cat, you know them all.

Not clear on the betting?  Ask more.

5 lines is my placeholder bet choice at real casino wheels.

Hehehe, because of that I've been told many times: "You are making nothing"... (but I'm actually doing something: waiting for what I consider the proper time to enter).

A separate 100-unit bank destined to 5-line placeholder bets lasts... and lasts... and lasts... (since I won't use it continuously as it is only for those spins which need to have the ball spun, when alone).

Ah! There's a more extreme bet for wagering on a single spin leaving the least numbers out. It requires "La Partage" rule for even chances. It is the trick of covering 36 numbers (that's right thirty six) and yet win +1 unit on a hit... only losing to one (1) single number :) Hey! Let me post that "tricky bet" to the money management section right away! -Will also advice here at this thread.

Here is a scheme I tried at the Nevada Palace in Las Vegas (it has been torn down since).

I was the solo player and the dude with me was merely my chauffeur and observer of a new bet plan I was working.

I asked the Floor person if I could make dealer bets for less than the table min.  He said sure!  Dealer bet had to be one chip or more.  Let's say it was worth a dollar.  Now came the time for me to sit out a spin, maybe more. I placed a dealer bet (asked the dealer what her lucky number was and covered the quad it was in) and told her to spin.  She wouldn't. Called the Floor dude over again and said I wanted a spin and am placing a dealer bet solo...is that ok?  He looked at the dealer to her to "spin it and win it."

Now that may not be allowed everywhere but it is worth a shot.

A dealer once showed me how to get a free spin.  She said cover any EC I wanted to.  Then once she spun the ball she told me to remove the bet.  I did.  I asked if that was "legal."  She said I cannot stop the wheel once it is spun and I cannot control you.  As long as I have not called "no more bets" you can add and remove chips as you please.  I tipped her well.

That worked everywhere.  MS, LA, and  NV.  Until one day I am playing in Harrah's (I think) on the Strip.  Dealer change and I get a crusty old dealer.  Big gut, handlebar mustache, etc.  Looks like a dude from a barbershop quartet.  I am playing solo as the last person just left and I need a spin.  I placed a chip on Red.  He spins.  After two revolutions I pick up the chip.  That asshole reaches in and grabs the ball.  We had a few words. I let his bosses know in no uncertain terms what I thought of his demeanor.

Try either trick.  The worst that could happen is you don't get the freebie.  And if you just sit there not betting, sooner or later the Floor is going to come over and inquire as to what is going on.  Tell him or her that you cannot proceed until another one or two spins occur.  They may be impatient enough to have the dealer give you a few as long as it isn't in excess.  That may also be a good time to take a restroom break and hope by the time you get back someone else has joined the table.

You can always lay a chip on Red and just before "no more bets" drop a chip on Black and pray a green doesn't show.  That's how it is usually done.

Good luck.
