Microgaming Error 2

Hello,

I used to play at wild jack and riverbelle (the only two places I could get into since I'm in the USA).  I deleted the software awhile back.  I had the itch to play again and I reinstalled a couple of days ago.  Now I get an "Error 2: The casino has an error try again later" every time I click on the live roulette game in both the flash and software versions at both casino sites.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and I also tried it on a different computer that has never had the files installed before and had the same error.

Any ideas? I have contacted support at Wildjack.  They told me to reinstall and uninstall with a host of other basics things that I have done but with no luck on resolving the problem.  When I told them that I performed all the task that they wanted me to do and that it didn't work they sent me the same email again that they sent the first time. 
I contacted Riverbelle Support today so maybe they will be a little smarter but I thought I would ask here as well.

I've been experiencing this for at least two weeks.  They told me there was a glitch in my computer that needed fixing.  I tried on another computer and I got 'Error 2' (same problem).  Looks like the Microgaming Live Games are now closed.

This looks like an "auto-update" of some sort.

At times it can happen self-updated software gets injected some "poo poo" and it stops working. It is obviously not on your computer but the casino's updating with faulty files.

Worst scenario you'll have to reinstall windows and install this software the first. If it still doesn't work, then you know it has nothing to do with anything on your side.

I formatted the hard drive and installed Microgaming Casinos that featured live games.  I still encounter the same problem. (Error 2).
Typically there was the same response (Error 2) when the Live Roulette Wheel was closed for maintenance during the day, usually for an hour.
