Over the last week or so, I have shared some of my thoughts on the blog.
Eventually I came up with something which might have some merit to it. It is pretty straightforward to play as well.

All you are really looking for is the current street not to repeat and for street 6 to remain absent.

So if street 1 (1-6) is the current number out, you don't want to see a repeat of it on the next spin and you don't want to see the 31-36 come out either.

You would be surprised at how long this trend can continue to happen for.

Here is the betting chart.

Current street is 1. bet 2,3,4,5 on next spin.
Current street is 2. bet 1,3,4,5 on next spin.
Current street is 3. bet 1,2,4,5 on next spin.
Current street is 4. bet 1,2,3,5 on next spin.
Current street is 5. bet 1,2,3,4 on next spin.
Current street is 6. There is no bet here because you would need to bet 5 streets.

The staking plan comprises of a progression where you are looking for a parlay. (A parlay is 2 wins coming together back to back.)

There are 9 levels of the progression and each level contains 2 steps. Step A and Step B.

You need to win both Step A and Step B to complete a successful parlay. Then you have the choice to either quit the session or attempt another winning parlay.

Here is the 9 step progression.

1) a.  4. 00 = 4x1. 00 win 6. 00 lose 4. 00
b.  6. 00 = 4x1. 50 win 9. 00 lose 4. 00

2) a.  8. 00 = 4x2. 00 win 12. 00 lose 12. 00
b.  12. 00 = 4x3. 00 win 18. 00 lose 12. 00

3) a.  16. 00 = 4x4. 00 win 24. 00 lose 28. 00
b.  24. 00 = 4x6. 00 win 36. 00 lose 28. 00

4) a.  24. 00 = 4x6. 00 win 36. 00 lose 52. 00
b.  36. 00 = 4x9. 00 win 54. 00 lose 52. 00

5) a.  44. 00 = 4x11. 00 win 66. 00 lose 96. 00
b.  66. 00 = 4x16. 50 win 99. 00 lose 96. 00

6) a.  80. 00 = 4x20. 00 win 120. 00 lose 176. 00
b.  120. 00 = 4x30. 00 win 180. 00 lose 176. 00

7) a.  144. 00 = 4x36. 00 win 216. 00 lose 320. 00
b.  216. 00 = 4x54. 00 win 324. 00 lose 320. 00

8> a.  260. 00 = 4x65. 00 win 390. 00 lose 580. 00
b.  390. 00 = 4x97. 50 win 585. 00 lose 580. 00

9) a.  480 = 4x120. 00 win 720. 00 lose 1060. 00
b.  720. 00 = 4x180. 00 win 1080. 00 lose 1060. 00

total bankroll needed 1060. 00

win at different levels.

1)5. 00
2)6. 00
3)8. 00
4)2. 00
5)3. 00
6)4. 00
7)4. 00
8)5. 00
9)20. 00

So here is a quick example.

Number 23 comes out belonging to street 4.

According to the betting chart, you will betting on streets 1,2,3,5. This is Step A on level 1.
The stake is 4 x £1.00 = £4.00.

Number 30 comes out next. So you have won Step A. To complete the parlay however, you now need to go to Step B on level 1.

According to the betting chart, you will be betting on streets 1,2,3,4.
The stake is 4 x £1.50 = £6.00.

Number 3 comes out belonging to street 1. So you have won Step B as well and completed a successful parlay. You have turned the original stake of £4.00 into £9.00 and made a profit of £5.00.

So it is up to you now to either quit with your profit or start at the very beginning again on level 1.

Now let's look at some of the different scenarios that could have happened.

You could have lost the very first bet on Step A in level 1. If this happened, you would have had to move up to level 2 straight away.

Another scenario is that you could have lost  the Step B bet in level 1. This would force you to move up to level 2.

It is very straightforward once you get the hang of it.

I have done a lot of testing over the last 24 hours using the Spielbank results and have yet to find a day which has busted the 9 level progression. The highest I have went to so far is 6.

The bet selection + progression seem to make this a pretty rock solid bet.

I think you confound streets with  lines or double streets John.

I am downloading the numbers today from the Spielbank-Wiesbaden Casino in Germany as they come out.
I want to show you how this runs.

END OF DAYS PLAY.

So after 223 spins, the total is +271.
wins on levels 2,2,1,3,2,1,1,4,3,1,1,2,3,1,1,2,2,1,1,3,3,1,1,1,2,1,6,3,1,1,1,3,1,2,1,4,5,4,2,1,1,1,3,3,8,3,1,1,6,5. A pretty good session to be honest apart from the heart stopping win on the 8th level.
50 parlay wins in total.

cheers

John Gold

I am impressed by the one and a half points profit per spin. Anything around the 1 unit profit per spin ratio is normally pretty good.
It needs more testing but if most of the wins come early in the progression, it could be worth taking a hit now and again and reducing the bankroll required.

buffalowizard

Might have to start playing this with 10p units.  Nice one John

John Gold

Cheers Buffalowizard. Those were my thoughts, lol. I might head down to my local Gala on monday and try some real play with this. It certainly looks a safe bet for racking up some profits.
I was thinking of before my testing today to wait for level 3 to lose before starting betting. The only problem with that looking at the results today is that I might not get a bet.  ;D

Will keep testing more anyway and see how it goes.

I remember reading on the old GG forum about a guy who played the 'star progression' at blackjack. He reported some good success with it. That is also waiting for a parlay. The advantage with this is that we are playing a 1/2 chance instead of the 1/1 he had to face. Therefore we should get loads of winning parlays in a session. It is just a case of it holding up and not seeing a really bad streak.

John Gold

Another idea would be to use something like the pluscoup progression. You are still looking for the parlay which slightly turns it into a better than even money bet. Just a thought.

EDIT.  still doing testing as the numbers come through from Germany. It hit a level 6 in the progression a few spins back. I have reached that level a few times in my testing. I have never went higher than that yet. I will just keep updating the above test periodically. Up to +259 after 201 spins with 47 winning parlays.
One of the winning parlays reached level 8 which is a new high for me.

One thing I think that may help is that when you see a street repeat, wait for it to break and start alternating again.
There are a few times when a street repeats 4 times, throw in a zero or two and one or two appearances by the 6 street and you are soon up the progression ladder. This is the only thing you really need to be looking out for.
I noticed when it went to level 6 in the progression, the 4 street hit a 4 timer. The time it went to level 8, the 3 street hit a triple. We can just stop when we see a street repeat and wait for it to go back to alternating.

I am stopping there, my belly is rumbling  ;D

With the few tweaks I added above, I can't see how this would not keep producing profits for long periods of time.
If anybody else is testing this please share your results. It would be much appreciated.

End of days results.

223 spins in total. 50 parlays won in total. A profit of 271 units in total.

Not bad results. It seems the only time the progression gets above level  4 is when streets repeat 3+ times. In the tests I conduct tomorrow, I will stop when a street repeats and wait for it to alternate before starting off again.

It's too early to get that excited but early results are promising to continue looking at it and maybe making a few tweaks if necessary. I was thinking that if I was spending a day at the casino, I may wait for 2/3 levels to lose before starting betting. This would mean I miss out on a lot of early wins but should still win something like 20 parlays. That still equates to roughly 100 units profit. I will let you guys know how I get on.

cheers.

John Gold

Now to completely flip it on it's head. I am wondering if there is an anti bet to this. In other words, playing for it not to come up. After all, you would only be playing two streets then. I like to complicate things  ;D
Looking at today's results, there were three consecutive parlay wins 3 times. Two consecutive parlay wins 5 times.

Just looking at todays results shows that after about 8 consecutive alternative streets (without a repeat or a 6 street appearing) looks the 'sweet spot' to play some kind of anti-bet. I will need to check more results. Sometimes different days can carry their own trends which are completely isolated to that particular day.

EDIT: Went through about a weeks worth of my results and can't find any higher than 10 where the streets keep alternating without a repeat and without a 6 street showing. There are not loads of bets in a day if you wait to see 8 before betting but depending on your unit size, it could be a good way of grinding out a few units each session.
This would be my progression for this bet (remember it is basically just a dozen bet)

1. bet 1 win 2 or lose 1.
2. bet 1 win 1 or lose 2.
3. bet 2 win 2 or lose 4.
4. bet 3 win 2 or lose 7.
5. bet 4 win 1 or lose 11.
6. bet 6 win 1 or lose 17.
7. bet 9 win 1 or lose 26.
8. bet 14 win 2 or lose 40.
9. bet 21 win 2 or lose 61.
10. bet 31 win 1 or lose 92.

So for you to reach this level, you would have seen 18 alternating streets without a repeat and without a 6 street.
It may be wise to throw in a hedge for the zero.

John Gold

Back at the same table downloading today's results as they appear.

Here I am including the new rule about stopping on a repeat street and waiting for it to break before starting betting again.
I have also thrown in the anti-bet as well using the 10 step progression. (all good fun  ;D)

The first 38 spins show everything that I have mentioned above. So it is a pretty good example.

29 9A WIN.
19 9B WIN. (PARLAY WON) +20 (+189)

That is the end of the day and it ended on a win at the 9th level.

This was a grind today even though it ended up making 189 units. Had that last bet lost, it would have resulted in a 1000 unit loss and a deficit of just over 500 units on the 2 days play.

As it stands, it is up +460 units.

I won't be doing any more public testing on this. I have other more important projects to finish. It was an interesting experiment however and has given me a bit more of an inking as to what can work and what won't hold up long term.

Cheers.

One thing that has struck me going through the results is the wins on the 3rd level.
If you ignore wins on the 1st and 2nd level and just look to win on the 3rd level using the 9 step progression.

here are the results so far ignoring the 1st and 2nd level which would be irelevant.

3,4,3,3,3,3,6,3,3,4,5,4,3,3,8,3,6,5,3,7,3,3,3,8,3.

So although this would be a grind, you would have never went past the 4th step in the progression. If it does not win on the 3rd level, you stop and wait for the next attempt. That way, if you miss on the 3rd level, it can go as high as it wants. What you don't want to see is a string like the following.... 4,6,8,4,6,7,4,7,9. This would bust the progression.

Just another idea to throw into the mix.
