This is my first post here, and it's a WARNING message for all of those people still following or believing in any of the following:

win3million
Charles Edward Hampshire
Simon Hampshire
Team Win3million
The PPPC
The ACETF
The New win3million Anti-scam Site (Yet to be finished)

I was naive, and i'm not afraid to tell you all, I was scammed, or ripped off. . . . . whatever you want to call it.  I followed w3m for almost 2 years until the PPPC was anounced, and then I applied to join the club and paid the fee.

I waited and waited, and still have not heard back from anyone associated with them.  It's been over 8 weeks since the club opened to applicants.  I tried contacting w3m but they don't respond anymore.  However the website is still changing, which tells me they're simply ignoring my emails.

Heres something for you.  I had to pay a little over $500 AUD to join this club, how many people do you think they had as a following worldwide? 100? 1000? 10,000?

100 Applicants = $50,000
1,000 Applicants = $500,000
10,000 Applicants = $5,000,000

SO NOW YOU SEE! This person/people would definitely have to be the biggest ONLINE roulette scammers.  Can I, or any of us get our money back? I'm not sure, but I can Inform others and indeed the online roulette community that they really are (as much as I don't want to believe it) are SCAM.

As a side note, I'm almost certain there are scammers in these forums, but i can only tell you about the scammers I dealt with. 

Now PLEASE ANYONE ELSE SCAMMED BY W3M, SHARE YOUR STORY please only true stories I don't want any haters, these should be genuine. (else we drop to their level).

P. S I still don't know how, or if you can beat roulette long term profitably, but let me say, you should always be VERY CAREFUL of anyone who claims they can beat it.  If there is a way to beat it, it's being kept extremely secret, the moment others find out, your chances of using this winning method will greatly diminish, as the casinos will find a way to stop you.  After all it's all about MONEY!

I also was scammed by WIN3MILLION and their "fake PPPC" club.   I followed that site for over 4 years and I believed they knew what they were talking about.   I fell for the ultimate trap!  They fed many many many readers with a bunch of hype, a fake dream, & false hope and used it against good people.

They suckered alot of people into their trap for an opportunity to join them as professional roulette players.   They claimed they had a winning bet that consistently wins over the long term by flat betting.

Win3Million, Charles Edward Hampshire, Simon, the whole crew is most likely run by one lonely individual who put together one of the ultimate scams.   I am in the process of trying to track and locate the bank where my funds were deposited so I can get to the bottom of this.


I paid over $500 to join this club and have nothing to show for it.   WIN3MILLION has closed down it's website, does not answer any of their emails and has basically disappeared!  I was a fool for believing such hype.   Never again!  We live and we learn.   I'm sure there are many many more people who have the same situation, let's hear it and expose this crook!

Thank you funboy and others for speaking out against win3mllion, now i know for sure this site is a total scam. . . . the biggest, most clever scam ever planted on the internet. . .

Even though i have not sent any money to join this club, i have wasted my time, energy and effort in finding this winning bet. . . . . So much time spent on this it has cause me grief with my partner and also my career life as i only focus on try to make money from roulette. . . . . . fail many times but always believe in charles words not to give up. . . . wat a fool i am. . . .

Win3mllion is so clever that this man has planned this for years and now is the right time to sucked people in as he slowly gained our trust.  He fool us for being a nice, compassionate, charity giving person. . he knows our weakness and that is the dream to be successful and to escape the rat race with financial freedom. . . . .

I was always a sceptic about roulette sites that sells a system as i know from commonsense that no one in the right mind will sell something which will help them to get rich. . . . this is why win3million is successful because he found a new way to get to us by fooling us to believe he does not want to sell anything. . . .

I used to search up for scams about win3million when i first discovered the site because i was unsure but nothing came up, it lead me to believe that this man  may be telling the truth but now i know as people who have been scammed are coming forward. . . . .

Anyways my point is, if your lucky to have not send any money but you are wasting time and its affecting your life to finding this bet please stop and look at reality. . . . nothing in life is free

Even though i have not sent any money i have been scammed for my time, effort, energy, and some part of my working life. . . .

I hope this reaches to other people so they can realise too. . . . . .

I will post up another post  to summarise all the reasons why it is a scammed through personal opinions and gathered information on the internet. . .

He would come on this board and RouletteForum.cc and tempt people with his "Winning Bet", sharing tidbits to get your loyalty, while trying to turn users against the Sysops.  Not to mention that horrible website W3M slandering users on both sites.  Despicable!!

hello people, here is my list of reasons and evidence that win3miilion is a scam gathered from forums and other places on the internet.

1.  Win3million has a similar website which was the nolinks. boffinsden. com, it no longer exist so you need to go to webarchive and search from there.

- Both have similar styles and writing
- Boffinsden was created in 2005 b4 win3million
- Boffinsden claims to have a winning bet and they are selling it for 295 pounds.  (which i think he didnt do very well because ppl are sceptic to believe someone will sell something that will make them money. )
- Win3million is a better improved updated version of boffinsden (change of tactics)

2.  Both sites are similiar in info but win3million is more cleverly planned. . . . . .
- Win3million has new plot which is to make you trust him and build up his website to gathered his victims
- Set his trap by making you believe there is a winning bet and you can make millions of dollars
- Con you into believing in him and make you search, work hard to find the bet but end of the day there is none
- Then offers ppl to join a club which ppl will likely do so because out of frustration to finding the bet this is the only oppotunity (trap rite there)

3.  The 1st club was the actef which was a fake club he created, i have try to search this club up under scams and of course nothing comes up because that was a set up . . . the real scam is the pppc club which some ppl have come forth. 

4.  Ask yourself this, how would you know if there is really a charles person? Have you ever met him?? we only see and hear from his website but we dont know for sure who he is ?? He could be simon or helen or anyone that he claims to be.  The internet is a great disguise for scammers because they are behind the comp and feeding you information which you cannot see the real truth. . .

5.  A forum was created in win3million, this forum was very clever. . . . . . as he controls all information that is posted. . . therefore you could be talking to one person and thats how he trap you because u think everyone on there is real???   Think about it, he control all posts to be allow up so therefore he can intercept any post that will reveal his true scam. . . . . i once posted to ask simon about boffinsden, obviously my post was never posted. . . How strange?? What is there to hide???

6.  Ask yourself why is the forum now closed?? and win3million is also now closed until next yr??? Thats because he had scam ppl with the pppc club and now avoiding ppl

7.  PPPC members only website has a login in page but does not work ?

8.  ACTEF website cannot be found anymore? even found its still the same one page no links or any other information which is truly a fake website to make ppl believe there is a club. . .

9.  I have done hard long hours of research to finding this bet but i tell you what. . . . . there is no bet to win long term in roulette, and thats a fact!!
No one can and will know what the next number is goin to be, so how can u find a bet to trap the runs and changes??? It is impossible, u cant trap a run and changes both because u simply do not know when the run or changes occur!!!  If you trap the runs and changes u will simply get ur money back and will be eaten up by the 0. . .

10.  Roulette have been around for ages, and still exist in casinos.  If it can be beaten everyone would know rite now and roulette will be gone. . . .

If you still dont believe me wait for my next post, i found something interesting. . . . Funboy or any other victims i might have some info that may help you track him down which will be useful for the police if your gonna report it. . . . Reply to my post so i know you that you there, rite now im abit tired just gonna rest 1st. . . .

tnt23486 - Your thinking is very similar to my own in regards to roulette, however I wont say it cant be beaten as i dont know 100%.  In regards to finding those behind w3m, the person/persons behind the scam have my and many other applicants addresses, should this be a reason for concern?

Ok, as stated b4 w3m is related to boffinsden. com and here is the proof. . . .

There are websites which will allow you to check for information on which company or owner is hosting the domain/website

Go into that site and then enter in a website to check for information on the company or owner. . . .
In this case i have check nolinks. win3million. com against nolinks. boffinsden. com and they show it is host by some company which is located all in the same place . . . . This is the one mistake he forgot to notice. . . . even though how clever he is with the scam. . . . he didnt use diff company from different area but he choose to use the same one

It shows that it is all located in the same country, state and even the same road. . . The only difference is the no of the company, maybe this is due to the fact the company had expanded or moved since 2005 compare to 2007 when w3m got started. . . . anyways maybe im not sure what those numbers mean. . . . but its a sure fact that this person is using the same company to host his websites. . . . .

I have check all his websites and they are all link to the same company you can check for yourself. . . . i give you the sites

I even checked a different site to see if it is legit i checked this vls site and it shows it is owned by steve h located in australia. . .

Now for funboy, the police can call the company up and find out who it is registered too. . . . because it shows the contact no and address of the company. . . . .

And for funboy, if still think roulette is beatable then let me tell you this. . . . . . i have try to earn a living from it and it is damn hard work. . . . you need to be very very disipline when you lost your bank roll, you will need to quit when u lose or win small. . . . . even if u have gotten to that level each day is all diff in terms of wins and lose, can u handle that??
Beause simply each day what you are trying to do is gamble to win money. . . . . there is no guarantee
I think someone posted here once which i think is very true, you must grind very hard to win everyday and follow a plan/money management and stick to it. . . . . .

Anyways we can talk and share ideas on a diff post and maybe come up with a plan to win at roulette. . . .

In regards to your last question. . . . .

I dont think you should be concern if he has your address, unless you guys live in the same country i would doubt he or who ever they are would come to your house to cause trouble as they are only scammers who wish to take your money. . .
They would not risk being expose or causing more dramas which may involve the police. . . . .

In most cases to report someone in such a case, you need to compile a chronological report explaining everything that happened, then submit it to your local police who then pass the matter to relevant authorities. It also helps to find out the area in which he lives, then report to relevant authorities.

Almost everyone knew ceh was just running a scam, but a few believed him. I was even criticized by one of the 'believers' when I stated my opinion of him. It's unfortunate that people were scammed, but the warning signs were all there. Everyone has been scammed at some point and you learn from it.

This may sound weird but even if win3million was a scam, i did managed to develop a bet to beat roulette in the long run . . . . .  i have tested it so far and the results are good, but its a slow winner and u need to be able to handle it playing real spins. . . . . . . i still need to test it more to see how many units do i need to keep me in the game for the long term. . . . .

Well. . . . . . i think there is ppl out there using it but they must have very good descipline to handle it. . . . .

I'm not sure i understand you.  First you say you have researched roulette and you can't beat it, then your most recent post says you can.  You have tested and it's a long term winner!? There seems to be a contradiction here don't you think?

Firstly i would like to say sorry to funboy for going off topic. . . . . . .

Secondly, when funboy and others say that they have sent money to win3million to join the pppc club and they have not been contacted, my beliefs in a winning bet and w3m was lost. . . . BUT. . . . . however from the research i did by using w3m info, i have come up with a bet that wins long term??

I will be honest i have not tested fully, only 10x 100 spins and results were all good. . . . . i thought i found it and when i play it in real life. . . . . its very hard to play. . . . . not hard to play as in betting, the bet is easy but the hard part is sometimes when u start playin u will go into losin streaks up to 5 - 6 times max and then u go up and down and up and down but slowly going up. . . . at the end of 100 spins u will definatly be up. . . . . and the average is about 20 units plus

Its the short term results that i cant handle, i follow w3m money mangement of 20 units bet. . . . . my bank roll was $200 which i have 10 dollars to bet with. . . . . it always seem to hit 5 units win very easily. . . . .

Anyways wat im trying to say is i "think" roulette can possibly be beaten but u have to do it with very small wins. . . . and must be able to handle the losin streaks. . . . u must grind very hard. . . . and commit to winning small. . . . .

I only say it cant be beaten because i have done it the wrong way by not sticking to the plan and ending up gambling. . . . . . . and also when i found out w3m was takin money from funboy and did not reply i came to conclusion that w3m was just another scam. . . . i might as well give up roulette. . . . . . . . . as i waste my time and effort for nothing. . . .

Why do rouletteplayers fall in the tricks of scammers? They are too greedy and think to become rich  by buying a winning system. This is  for different reasons impossible. First the roulette has an advantage of 1,35-2,7 on an European wheel and
5,3 on an American wheel. Second there is no system that can beat the house- edge.  Third the minimum and maximum tablelimits of the bets. Electronic divices are not allowed. VB is very difficult and asked a good skill.
In my opinion  a good strategy ( not a system) gives more chance for success. A personal EV 0f 1-2% is a very good performance.  On all fair websites you can find  warnings for winning systems.

Don`t send money to anonymous persons who offer winning systems!

Do not trust the internetroulette. They all claim to be fair, but there is no opportunity to controll the software.

Though I do not trust the RNG-roulette I give public demonstrations on internet. Till now I didnot lost on internet. Don`t call me a scammer I do it for free.
