Matt's 5 line Test - Part 2

Okay, as promised, I will post my live results playing my 5 lines method.  Please note that it was mostly thrown together to re-test Victors "50% MM Plan" (nolinks://vlsroulette.com/money-management/vls-50percent-money-management/)

This time round I wanted a system that would bet more "consecutively" - that is, not have to wait 20 spins for a repeating line (as per my last test).  Although that worked, I am looking for something a little quicker. 

Instead of playing after repeating lines only, I am applying Victors "5 lines" method, in which you track the 6 lines and bet that the line won't repeat it's previous jump FROM THAT LINE.  So, for example, last time we had line 5 hit, it went to line 1.  So now when were on line 5, we bet that it won't jump to line 1 again.  I am betting every spin (once the tracking board fills up enough) except after a loss, in which I wait for a virtual win before betting again.

My goal is still 10% of my Main BR, which starts at 200, with a 2nd and 3rd BR of 200$ each (so total BR 600$).  I will be 1 unit until my first loss, then after my virtual win, will bet 10 units (in hope's to recoup and gain profit).  If, at any time, I am -200 (or thereabouts) I will call it quits.

L=Loss
w=Win (duh)
VL=Virtual Loss
Vw=Virtual Win

[2] = brackets indicate the loss
[2v] = indicates virtual loss

I also just had a session in which I lost some on the higher progerssions (25 units x5).  So I'll post that one too, to show how I recover.  (after a -50, I recover with 2 x 25 unit bets... hopefully).  Obviously a loss would most likely end the session, or come close.

I was using a 1,5,25 progression.  A loss on the 25 unit step would stop the session.

sry for the delay.  I screwed up and copied over my recovery session, but once I get another one, I'll post it. 
The reason I switched the bet selection was just to see if the MM plan is really the driving factor, not the system used. 

I have tested this MM Plan with about 6 different systems and all are showing profit, so that's a good thing!

Hey Gang,

sry I haven't been posting much about this play lately... don't fret though.  I'm still using it (exclusively) and winning with it.  Just today I played a couple of sessions on DB with Dong watching and was successful. 

I've been busy trying to make this as safe as possible.  Although I really like the 5 lines, I put it aside for a week and tested the 50% MM with 3 lines.  During all my testing it showed great results, but sure enough come live play time it flopped... twice.  lol. 

So I've done back to the 5 lines (Vic's method... which I call jumping lines) and have played the following today.  3 BR's, 200$,200$,100$.  Goal each session is 10% but I'm only using 2 step progression.  My starting unit is determined by taking my Main BR and dividing it by 100 (then rounding it.)  After a loss (on the first step) I will make my next bet 3x the base unit.  If I lose that bet, it's the end of the session.  I was finding that although the losses are small with more steps... the progression just gets out of hand when betting 25x base unit.  So 2 steps max.  Also, if, during a session, you encounter 2 losses (at your base unit) you cut the goal in half... so if your goal was 20$, it would now be 10. 

Of course, the my version of the 50% MM idea stays the same... build multiple BR's, while increasing your MBR. 

So far today, I've played 10 sessions.   A short summary is below:

My starting units have been 2$/line.  I'm liking the results so far.  Even with the two losses, my MBR is only 12 units down, yet I've managed to build a new BR to 68$.  Sessions aren't very long and I know that although it's slow going now, once the BR's get built, the win's will become larger.

I'll try and play another 5 or so sessions tonight and post the results.

Morning sessions so far... lots of losses in the sesssions so the gains have been slow, but they have been climbing... slowly.  Since I'm getting 2+ losses per session (almost always) my goal is cut in half.  I'm liking this rule so far.  It's limiting the profit, but atleast it's walking away with something.  Hoping I make the 4th BR hit 100 before my MBR drops again.

Hey gang,

won 2 more small wins (+6 each).  Although it's going well, I'm finding that he wins aren't big enough to sustain the losses.  Although I'm slowly growing the 4th BR, the MBR isn't going up as well, and is slowly getting lowered.  I'm thinking of increasing the progression, not by adding steps but by making the 2nd step larger to recoup faster.  The losses will be bigger but so will the wins, plus they'll be quicker.

I'll have to test it out and let you know.
