9 number idea - flat betting

Idea

1) Track until there are 9 unhit numbers (usually about 50 spins) and then flat bet those 9 for 4 spins, quiting immediately if you get a hit within the 1st 4 spins.

2) If you don't get a hit after 4 spins, reduce the units exposed by about 50% in whatever way possible to still covers those 9 numbers (splits, lines, dozens, corners, etc) and continue betting until you get a hit. (bare in mind that those numbers have already missed for about 50 spins before you've even started betting)

After a hit, return to flat betting those 9 numbers, and repeat (2) if necessary.

Stop losses will, no doubt, be necessary from time to time.

What I'm trying to do is here is make a small profit or break even & quit - hit & run.

Any thoughts? Early testing looks good (don't it always  :P)

Hi CD,

Personally, I don't like the idea of betting on sleeping numbers.

I think I have a sounder theory for selecting your 9 numbers:

Track numbers for one cycle of 37 spins.

Sort the numbers in 3 groups:

1) Numbers that have no hits (Sleeping Numbers).
2) Numbers that have hit as expected (once).
3) Numbers that have hit above the expected (more than once).

Now, exclude the first group, and let's focus on group 2 and 3.
They both form the Active Numbers group.

In group 2, the numbers must be sorted in order of appearance.
For example: 36,2,9,16,25 <--- here 16 appeared before 25, and 9 appeared before 16, and so on...

Same with the numbers in group 3.

Now select the 5 oldest numbers in group 2.
Also select the 4 oldest numbers in group 3. (Note: if group 3 contains only 3 numbers, select them and select 6 numbers from group 2 instead of 5, and so on... You get the idea)

Flat bet on these 9 numbers until profit is shown.

Note that, in every spin played, the 9 numbers should always be selected as explained above, so they won't be the same 9 numbers every spin.

Obviously this would better be coded in a tracking program. ;D

By the 37th spin, the attack begins, and the program should tell you what 9 numbers to bet with every spin you play.
The attack is terminated when you are in profit, or have hit your stop loss (which you would determine after testing this method).

This selection should prevent you from betting on sleeping numbers that could go for many cycles without a hit.
It should let you bet on the trending numbers. Numbers that would go up in the wave from both: The "hitting as expected" and the "hitting above expected" groups.

What do you think?

Good idea Merv. I know what you're saying about sleepers, I don't like 'em much too; but this seemed pretty strong in testing...

Anyway, I like your idea of catching the trends, so a "hot methodology", like the one you've explained, might work well.

I'll run some testing on your idea when I get a chance.

Cheers,

CD
