An interesting play - it could also pay to look at the total amount of numbers drawn during the 24 spin sample. If these are running close to or above 16 and taking 24/25 as the upper limit indicated by the law of the third the amount of new numbers likely to hit will max out at 8 or 9 at the most during the rest of the full cycle. Three or four repeats are certain, with good chances for the numbers already spun - not necessarily the 3rd repeat being played for but improved chances.

Much lower than 16 opens the door for more new numbers within the 24/25 upper limit and might be a good time to pass on the play.
